South Shore Therapies

Both of my daughter (10 y.o.) and son (8 y.o.) go to South Shore Therapies in the Hingham Office, they go there at least 3 time per week for OT and Speech sessions. We are the frequent visitors LOL...we have been going there for more than 6 years now. They had OT and Speech sessions with almost every therapist in the Hingham Office; we also traveled to the Pembrook Office in the past. We always try to drop them in for any available spots when they are off schools, we always call them for asking availabilities especially during the Summer. Both of my kids are highly needed, the therapists at SST are well trained with experiences so they are able to handle them well in the sessions; all the therapists are super nice and professional, and of course they are very passionate with any kids with their special needs, etc. and here to name a few Ms. Kenzie Rountree, Ms. Paige, Ms. Kelley, Ms. Christina, Mrs. June, Ms. Shira, Ms. Vanessa, Ms. Wendy, Ms. Veronique and many many......as I said above all SST therapists are very good. My kid's abilities to learn are slow but we have been seeing that they had made so many improvements and progresses after attending SST. The front desk and administrative staffs are so nice and friendly too, they are super happy to help whether we have questions on reschedules, billings, and so forth.

We have been so lucky to have Ms. Kenzie as my daughters SLP for almost 3 years now! It is amazing to see how far she has come in that time. My daughter has not only improved her speech but she now has confidence to hold a conversation and the skills she needs keep improving her speech. Watching my daughter running up to Ms. Kenzie every week when she sees her and all the excitement when she tells me all the things the did together makes me feel so much better about having her go to speech. The front office staff always knows who we are even after the first few visits! They are great about communicating any needs to switch schedules or answer any questions we have! We also saw Ms. Sue for OT and feeding therapy when my daughter first started and I still rave about how awesome she is at eating now, 2 years later she is still using those skills she learned all on her own with zero help from us. My 1yr old son just started OT services there with Miss. Shari and it’s only been a couple weeks and he has already improved so much with his walking! THANK YOU ALL!!

We had a great experience at south shore therapy. All the therapist were so supportive and helpful. They really take the time to help your child and support you them the best way they can

SST is such wonderful support for my son in his development! He has done feeding therapy with Miss Jess, and has progressed so far in trying new foods, and realizing he actually likes them. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for Services for your child! He has since finished his OT/feeding and we are continuing with speech therapy with a different therapist and they really are all wonderful to work with!

Haven't seen any progress with our child after taking speech & OT for over 2 years. Also noticed that one of the therapists is handling my child roughly and dragging him on the floor. When complained to management they shrugged off saying " apologies you felt that way" which is ridiculous as I didn't felt it that way, rather I saw that.

Three of my kiddos have come to SST for OT and speech. We highly recommend them. All of the therapists that we worked with were 10/10. They listened to our concerns and our children’s concerns and were awesome with them! They were all professional, but personable and very sweet with the kids. The facility is awesome, too - clean and kept up to date. My kids loved going to SST.

South Shore Therapies is the best! My son has gained strength, confidence, emotion regulation skills and the wonderful professionals there have helped him find his voice in so many ways. The people at the front desk are so welcoming and accommodating. All of the people at SST truly care about my son and our family. They have helped all of us grow and succeed in ways we never thought possible!

My 11 year son saw Ms. Jess for OT! He’s on the ASD spectrum and had a hard time with coordination and confidence. Every week they would tell me the things that he had done. Each week I could start to see my son more engaged, have more confidence, and generally just enjoying accomplishing the tasks for that session. A couple months after he graduated from OT he told me he wanted to try playing lacrosse. He had never done a team sport and I was a little nervous but he thrived. He loved the structure and being around his friends. I don’t think he would have ever had the confidence to try something new like that if it wasn’t for all the work him and Jess did together. She is so amazing at what she does and I couldn’t be more thankful.
