Excellent all around. I walked in with a wrist injury and I was treated extremely well. A very professional and informed staff from the moment I walked in and dealt with the front desk, with the X-ray technician Ashley, the informative PA and his assistant, to the doctor, Michael Roselli, MD. Great patient service that I highly recommend. Not anything that you encounter often in this city of ours. Don't hesitate to go, and because it's an actual doctor's office my copayment was much less than it would have been at the ER or Urgent Care facility.

Summary: -Office dropped the ball with the CT scan, and had my mom walking around without a sling or cast for over a week, aggravating her fracture. -Waited over three hours, when the waiting room was empty. After waiting over three hours, my mother asked if it would be much longer, and the PA gave her an attitude, so she got upset and left. -PA Mr. Bodden was rude to both me and my mother. He performed an unnecessary in-office ultrasound, aggravating her pain, even though the CT showed it was a non-displaced fracture. -Dr. was very nice, but the office did not inform my mother she was walking around with a fracture, unprotected. My mother fell several weeks ago, went to urgent care, and they ruled out a fracture and put her in a sling. After several weeks, her pain persisted, and I told her to see an ortho specialist. She went to this office, they took an X-Ray and said there was no visible fracture, but ordered a CT scan to rule out any other issues. The doctor told her to remove her sling, and sent her home. My mother took the CT scan on Friday. I visited her again the next week, and noticed she was holding her arm in a guarded/flexed position, and she said her pain has been increasing ever since the doctor told her to remove the sling. So I told her to go back to the doctor, and she called and went in the following day, a week after her CT scan. When we got to the waiting room, the girl who did the intake asked if my mom ever got the CT scan. I was shocked. When the PA Mr. Bodden came in, I asked a question about why her inflammation was getting worse, he looked at me deadpan, and responded to me with "She has a fracture..." with an arrogant tone. The underlying tone in his voice was, "Of course she has inflammation, she has a fracture... (you moron.)" Apparently, they never followed up, and my mother was walking around with a non-displaced fracture without any protection, which was causing her condition to get worse. Ok so then WHY did no one call her to tell her she had a fracture so she could DO something to protect it, such as maybe put it BACK in the sling? Then because she complained of excruciating pain, he performed an ultrasound on her elbow, which... if "She has a fracture," as he says, and the inflammation and excruciating pain is to be expected at five to six weeks, then why was the ultrasound necessary...? The doctor then came in and said "Wow I wonder why these results took so long!" I will say the doctor himself was very pleasant, but he only spent a couple minutes with us, and the rest of the time was spent waiting for the physician assistant to come help us. The final straw was that my mother called the office before we came to make sure there wasn't a long wait, as she had an appt. with a client at 5 PM. They said there was no one there, and to come in. When we got there at 1 PM, the waiting room only had two people in it, but we waited over three hours, and finally my mother nicely asked the assistant Mr. Bodden if there was going to be a long wait because she had to see a client. Yet again, he gave her an attitude, as he did with me before, and she got very upset and left without getting a cast. She has been using a sling since the appt and her pain is improving... SURPRISE! I get that doctors offices sometimes have long waits, but there is a respectful way to talk to people to de-escalate a situation, which Mr. Bodden doesn't seem to have the ability to do. I have never had a PA be disrespectful before; it's usually doctors who are arrogant. In this case, the Dr was very respectful, but the PA was not, resulting in me being upset enough to write this review, and to contact the insurance about the whole situation. If you SUSPECT someone MIGHT have a fracture to the point where you send them for a CT, then doesn't it seem like the protocol should be: Keep the sling on, go ASAP within a day or two to get the CT to rule out a fracture, then if there no fracture, only THEN remove the sling?? Instead, the doctor was going to CAST her over a WEEK after her told her to remove the sling.

I was a walk-in for a shoulder pain. They have X-ray and ultrasound on site that helped expedite figuring out the issue. This place was super convenient, staff and doctor were really nice. Would recommend 1000%

I have been to this doctor’s office multiple times for a while now and I have seen, Dr.Rosselli and Dr.Morales. Let me begin with what an incredible establishment. Every time I have visit, the staff is incredibly nice and very helpful and they helped me with all the documentation the first time I went. Im a very active person, constantly training and doing sports. I have seen both doctors for strains and even tear's. Both were very knowledgeable, helpful and at the same comforting. I have recommended friends and family members and they have all shared the same experience as I have had. This is the reason I have taken the time to write this review, this is a place that I 100 percent trust in and will keep recommending to others.

Great experience. I called to see when I could get an appointment for my painful shoulder. They offered me the option to get an appointment the next week or come in that same day as a walk-in, since they were not too busy at the moment. I chose to go in and was seen with very little wait (about 15 minutes?). The desk staff were efficient and helpful, and the visit went very smoothly. In the same visit I got x-rays, ultrasound, and a thorough physical exam for my shoulder. Dr Morales was very professional and clearly explained his findings and treatment options going forward. It was really an outstanding experience. I had made an appointment with another orthopedic group and the earliest they had was in 2 months, and would not have included diagnostic imaging. I am so glad I chose to not wait, now I can start my treatment and get better instead of waiting!

Dr. Roselli is amazing! He really takes the time to get to know your injury and get you the right care. He’s knowledgeable and someone you can trust. Only tip, make sure to schedule with a doctor. I had initially scheduled with a nurse practitioner and my diagnosis was inconclusive. Once I saw Dr. Roselli we were able to get a care plan started.

Waiting time is longer than an urgent care room (without an appointment), they charge more than a regular orthopedic, and did the MRI order first without going through the therapy part. Very odd and unprofessional (like if they don't know what they are doing) The doctors are dry and unfriendly. The only kudos here is for their assistants and support staff. Not planning to come here again, don't recommend it

Great reception, intake and MD care. Was in and out within 90 minutes. I definitely reccomend this team for our community's wellness care. I will be back!
