If I could give a 0/10 I would. Don’t trust them with your loved ones if you want to see them safe. Horrible isn’t even the word. Multiple cases against them and more probably coming.

I can't say enough great things about South Haven. I had to move my father from Chicago due to his severe dementia and into Skilled Nursing. I looked around and yes, there are places are that much "prettier", but their services and care are AWFUL! I did A LOT of research and chose South Haven. I am 100% positive I made the perfect choice. The staff was so wonderful and caring, from the nurses, the CNA's, housekeeping and everyone in administration. I was there daily and I would watch staff members who were not required to work with a certain patient and take the time to stop and them, feed them or just giving a loving hug. The housekeeping staff helped me when my Dad was falling out of bed while the nurse was on their way. My Dad was no picnic to deal with, he had the mean dementia, but they treated him with such care and respect. They also treated me and my family like family as well. It would be hard for me to name favorite employees because I had so many. Yes, it is an older facility but it was always clean. My father was always clean and they would call me when they had concerns about him. My Dad ended up having a severe stroke and they were so helpful and so patient talking me through the hospice care. There was so no rush. There was however, a lot of love, prayer and they helped me with the process of bringing him home to die peacefully with us all around him. Please, if you want the best care and love for your loved, choose South Haven.

I just want to thank South Haven for taking good care of my Mom on her Respite stays…. She is well known at this facility because this is where she resides on all her Respite terms!!! Great staff who loves and adore her whenever she’s there! Thanks again South Haven!!!

If I could give no stars, I would. This place is a shame. I wouldn’t even send my dog here. This place represents pure NEGLECT. If you love and care for your loved ones, PLEASE choose another place for them. The “nurses” are there to only collect a check. They can CARE LESS about their patients. Just awful.

My grandmother has been at South Haven for the past week and I cannot say enough good things about this facility. Christi made the admission process so easy. And Lynn, Sherry, and Leslie have been attentive and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend South Haven!

Very good therapy and excellent care from staff.

If I could I would give No stars. Mum has been placed with an abusive roommate who she’s scared of and staff does nothing and now she’s been assaulted and staff does NOTHING! No Accountability and No Oversight. None whatsoever. DON’T bring a loved one here!

The staff here are friendly and caring, everything is clean and smells nice! I highly recommend if you value quality care and good communication!
