We've been coming here for a few years for physical therapy. My daughter was seen by the very best Deanna! We love and will miss her dearly. A year ago today we moved to Norco and continued making the drive. Phia & Jackie were always very helpful, kind and understanding. We truly never had an issue with staffing or scheduling. Overall extremely happy!!

Unreliable. More of our Monday morning PT sessions have been canceled by Southcoast than attended. They have never offered to make up the missed appointments. I also feel that they likely over prescribe foot and ankle braces. Most children in this clinic have them, whereas in other clinics my son has been seen at have not had so many. (Yes, they suggested them for my son, too) I did not care for the OTs at this clinic, either. I was shamed for wiping my child’s face prior to the feeding session ending. He doesn’t like having a dirty face; me wiping it up isn’t the reason for his delays. His genetic condition is. The only reason for 2 stars is because my son has had improvement, though that could just be because he is getting older and making connections naturally.

My son has been at this center for 7 years, the therapists are good but in recent years they have been quitting, and for a reason! After COVID I have seen non-positive changes in this center, and its biggest problem is in the administrative area. Allan does not know how to deal with clients, Pia is not at all interested in children's services. If a therapist resigns, they do nothing to find another person to replace them, the children are left without a therapist, and they want one to fit into their schedules, they do not consider that the children also have other services apart from the one they take into this center. This is the only place where they have asked me to call to see if there is a space, in other centers they are the ones who call you, practically there they don't want to do anything. They want to leave all the work to the parents, as if we had nothing to do. My son has been without services for 4 months, because since his Therapist left, they no longer found someone to take the children's cases. This center urgently needs a change of Administration!

Such a great place! I took physical therapy here for about a year and I absolutely loved it. The therapists are all so nice and sweet and caring and they helped me get through a knee surgery recovery. It's a very calm yet fun and friendly and exciting environment. They have so many fun things to do while working on healing, its amazing!

Great staff all around great place and helpful Therapists . Only problem I have and why South Coast Therapy only gets a 3 star is because of there current manager Alan. Alan is rude disrespectful and a liar which is unbecoming of a manager and unprofessional. Unfortunately the best therapists I've ever seen have no say in how the worst manager I've ever seen behaves. Very unfortunate! but thank you to the wonderful staff/therapist at south coast you will be missed!.

My child was effectively treated over the course of 6 months. Our physical therapist (Melinda) and staff were all very friendly, helpful with billing & insurance questions. Make sure to do your stretches at home for therapy to be most effective!

The worst service I have ever experienced. I can’t tell about the therapists but the manager is extremely unprofessional. A completely unorganized service provider center. I don’t recommend any parents to take their kids there.

The therapists are fine, but the manager and billing services are rude, unprofessional and unethical. Go elsewhere for your therapy services.
