I can't even believe my medical group had this facility on their list. Is there a shortage of physical therapists? All I can say is READ THE REVIEWS. IN MY OPINION I DO NOT RECOMMEND AND WILL STEER CLEAR IN THE FUTURE. In my opinion and experience, the Receptionist.... EXTREMELY RUDE, staff can be unprofessional, facility was filthy and air conditioner was supposedly not working. A good medical office knows that temperature and heat can breed germs. Not enough cleaning in between patients for my liking. Overbooked and understaffed. IN MY OPINION ANY OTHER PLACE WOULD BE A BETTER CHOICE.

My physical therapist, Mitzy is wonderful! She is very considerate, friendly, and thorough. Her massage technique is always ease my shoulder pain. Also, all staffs working here are super nice, friendly, and professional. I am so glad to be referred to her and this place from my Doctor. I really appreciated their hospitality. Here are awesome people working here: ●Physical Therapist: ・Mitzy ( my greatest PT) ●Physical Therapist, assistant ・Shelly (😃 😊 😀) ・Rachel (my contact-she is kind, sweet & awesome 👍) ・Giselle (my contact-she is also great 👍) ・Javer ●Receptionist: -Frank -Eriana -Solan -Crystal

The facilities are poorly kept. The local is not clean. The building air conditioner was not working and they expect you to do your phyaical therapy in a hot an humid environment. They dont have enough staff and are over booked. I would not recommend this place. We have bo choice so we are here due to our coverage.

Two therapists in a room of 15 patients. I was possibly the only person under the age of 60 which is absolutely fine, but it seemed that the exercises were a one fits all. Do 20 heel raises and we'll be back around in 10 mins. 100 heel raises later, "are you done Lee?". The therapists were nice enough but had seemingly checked out or had lost understanding that different ages / abilities and strengths need different exercises. I did 5 sessions and never got passed 5lb leg raises x 15 reps. If you are young(ish) and athletic and need to get back to athletic levels, go elsewhere.

South Coast PT at 5220 Clark St. in Lakewood, CA. fixed me! I had a lower back problem, and not wanting to take muscle relaxers and pain pills, my doctor recommended PT. The whole staff is great. Everyone is courteous, kind and very helpful. I learned many stretches and exercises for my old back. I'm all better now and I will miss them.
