Love love love the pediatrics here. I have been using them for about a year for sick visits only and recently made the swap to them for primary care. Melissa Sprinkle is super caring and very thorough with patients and even follows up to check on them.

Since my mom’s surgery is over, she said it was OK for me to post. Hers a little backstory she had been going to AOC since 2007. She had her first back surgery in 2011. Her first neck surgery and 2020 so she still had to continue seeing the doctors at AOC Granite. She had been seeing them for years.  in 2023 for nine months my mom suffered with a pain in her leg and the doctor that she was seeing only wanted to do like an office procedures and never wanted to get the root of what was causing the problem she would always push it off to my mom into changing and I got her and South alabama Medical Clinic and let me tell you within three months. Stokes had my mom in with a surgeon something that AOC wouldn’t do and Dr. Stokes did so my mom ended up having to have surgery again with Dr. Clark who is another amazing doctor, but come to find out my mom‘s disc was herniated pushing against her spinal cord paralyzed her and she had to have her faucet joints on her left side, hollowed out some to free up her nerves so now she has to deal with that pain. Had the doctor from AOC did Her job it could’ve been caught sooner. Doctors are so worried about treating you as money instead of treating you as a patient instead of treating you like they would want someone to do their own mother or their child or their loved ones. Start having compassion and stop treating everything as a paycheck. My mom could’ve been paralyzed for the rest of her life because of negligence. I cannot thank Blake Stokes and the nurses at South alabama Medical Clinic enough. He went over and beyond for my mom in just the short three months he seen her, thank you Jessica Fant for getting me to change doctors so I could get my mom to. And Thank you so much again Mr. Stokes!!

So far I have no complaints whatsoever. I just love Dr Taniya Smith, she is easy to talk to, made me feel comfortable from the moment I first met her as my PCP.

I took my son in and out in less than 30 minutes on a walk-in appointment. Wonderful customer service. The doctor was super helpful. Come here for the best clinic in grandbay.

Does this Dr Office Prescribe Gabapentin 800 mg. I have Neauropithy so bad in both my legs, and they hurt all the time Tylenol don't do anything And I haven't slept in 3 nights because of the pain n my legs

Do they Help with severe back pain and headaches, The only thing that I have ever taken to really help is percosett,. Please let me know! Thank you, D.j. McQueen

My children and I receive care from here. We LOVE Dr. Strickland and Genny in pediatrics! I see Dr. Blake Stokes, and he has helped me tremendously in many ways. He’s so easy to talk to, and very understanding. He helped me during the loss of my dad, which was very hard for me. The front staff is wonderful. I know they have bad reviews due to the walk-in clinic, but people need to understand that it’s just that. First come, first served. You even have to wait in the emergency room, unless you’re dying.

My son sees Dr. Dupree she is wonderful and I loved her staff however the nursing staff for the adult side is horribly rude. I felt very rushed, my nurse was a older white Woman who acted like she had better things to do than to be listening to me, and just all around annoyed with everything. This was my second time going to them and the first time was the exact same with the same nurse. Maybe get some staff who cares because I will not be bringing my problems back to them I promise.
