I came from Utah to see Dr. Carr. My daughter referred him and SOS Physical Therapy. After my diagnosis, I was feeling hopeless with the idea that I couldn't be helped. After meeting with him and following his therapy plan, I am feeling much more hopeful not to mention the electric pain in my back has subsided tremendously. SOS PT in Queen Creek refused to stop billing me for claims paid by my insurance company even after my insurance company and I each sent them proof of dates billed being the same dates paid for multiple times. They refused to ever acknowledge their error, and now they've put it on my credit report that I owe thousands. Double billing is against the law.

A great office, the entire staff is amazing! Dr. Carr is very personable and friendly. I would highly recommend them!
