The entire staff is pleasant, patient, and helpful from the moment you check in until you leave. Michael and Lauren, my therapists, are second to none. They are friendly, helpful, and personable. I originally had therapy for arthritis in my knee. I returned after I had surgery on my knee. If not for them and Dr. Battaglia, my knee would be in a lot more pain. Because of them, I walk pain free and enjoy life to the fullest. They all have my highest recommendation.

I have had the extreme pleasure of working with Christy P through one shoulder, one knee and now another knee. she has been kind and compassionate throughout our many weeks of therapy and I would recommend her highly above anyone else.

Comfortable atmosphere. Professional and knowledgeable. Patient. Instructive. Encouraging you to improve yourself. Was in their care pre and post knee replacement. Could not have done this without them. I feel that I had an excellent outcome.

Last week the doctor who seemed in a bad mood or maybe he just has horrible bedside manner actually said "there's nothing wrong with your right knee" but offered zero explanation as to why there is pain. Today when checking in early I said "I have a 9:55 appointment, I know I'm early but I thought the weather coming through the tug would be worse" the receptionist actually said "are you going to tell me your name or make me guess it." They couldn't open my imaging disk which worked fine in my computer, so I am lost as to why. However that's not the issue the issue is I told both the nurse and doctor that I have the results on my phone for them to read, instead they call and try to get the same results faxed to them. So here we wait. Not a good experience for a place everyone told me such amazing things about. Update: Doctor Bogosian came back in and read the report on my knee, downplayed what the report actually said, and said there's nothing wrong with my knee and just wanted to end the appointment there. When I tried to advocate for myself and ask if we are going to investigate where the pain is coming from he said he isn't going to argue with me...cause a patient who has knee pain wanting to understand why is arguing...finally after my suggestion that maybe my back or feet is causing the knee pain, I have a referral to a back doctor. Update, this is what the back of my knees looked like after 3 hours walking at Arlington National Cemetery. A function a normal person with nothing wrong with their knees should be able to do without any issue.

Organized, efficient and very professional from start to finish. It was very easy to schedule and reschedule. As a new patient, I waited maybe 2-3 minutes, was asked questions right away and was taken straight to X-Rays. Minimal wait for the doc who was very informative. I was out the door with referrals in hand right away. Their equipment and faculty is state of the art. The staff and culture is a pleasure to be around. Happy to work with them again.

Dr Bradley Raphael and his staff were kind and compassionate, He did a wonderful job on my rotator cuff surgery. I would recommend him and his staff to anyone who needs orthopedic surgery. Also, the SOS surgery center on Taft Road was the cleanest and most organized medical facility I have ever been. I want to thank everyone!

5 minutes in waiting room. Everyone in office was very helpful and efficient. Nurse was very pleasant and thorough. Dr. Covered treatment options and very thorough. He even drew on his forearm and hand with a pen to show me where incisions would be made, what would be done and recovery period if surgery was my choice. Very good experience.
