I had the pleasure of dealing with one of their technicians named Juan Carlos who came to my home at 8 pm after hours and delivered a last minute STAT order CPM for my husband’s total knee replacement. Truthfully, We didn’t want to get it at first as the insurance wouldn’t cover for it but the pain was so intense and my husband needed this machine to quickly recover from such a tough surgery that we had to pay 325 dollars out of pocket. These people delivered the equipment within a few hours of making a payment over the phone. Lastly , Eliza the account manager was not only professional, and understanding but very diligent to get me one of their techs to our home. 5 stars service and highly recommended professionals! Thank you

This is a fraudulent company that somehow knew I was having surgery. They shipped a medical device and claimed it was required. My Surgeon said the device was completely inappropriate and that the only explanation is that this is a fraudulent medical device company that scams people. I even returned the device and they continue to bill me for it. They have offered no other explanation, so I can only conclude that this is a fraudulent medical device company that inappropriately accesses the surgery schedule and fraudulently ships unnecessary equipment.

WOW SOS Medical is the best in prosthetics, braces for injuries and orthopedic solutions! Customer service is great. Physical therapy is awesome.... I only use them and definitely recommend their services ... A+++++ :-)

First time not so good. But the second time no problems at all very helpful in showing the proper way to use equipment.
