I had 3 months of physical therapy with Byron for my shoulder surgery. The whole staff was so kind & friendly. Dr Boyd did a fabulous job on my shoulder & recommended Byron as the best shoulder guy for PT and he was. I not only received my full motion fast but he kept my spirits up!!
They discharged me because I missed my appointment due to a evacuation from the Washington fire. I had to reschedule my appointment twice before because of work and was discharged because of the fire. NOT A GOOD PROGRAM FOR WORKING PEOPLE AND NOT UNDERSTANDING FOR EVEN A SEVERE EMERGENCY. I have never been let go from any medical office before.
