I spent 8 weeks in this hospital after my motorcycle accident, and I had excellent care 90% of the time. Most of the nurses were amazing. I was sad when I had to be transferred. I will miss the loving nurses I got to know so well.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SPECIALTY HOSPITAL! Avoid this like the plague. The staffing is terribly rude, they lie to your face, they steal your loved ones belonging as they are transfered in and out of every room in the facility. Staffing consistently talks terrible about other patients and their medical conditions (which is a hipaa violation). The case manager Maria is a joke. She has no intention to help throughout the process, does the least amount of work she physically can, and is a terrible human being.

I’m finally getting around to writing this review. My uncle was hospitalized a few months back at SSH. He received dialysis during his stay and I have to give a big shout out to the dialysis nurse Josh for taking care of my uncle during his stay! I witnessed his professionalism, how he was able to calm my uncles concerns, and keeping him comfortable during his time there!

I had a family member staying here not too long ago, and I’m just amazed at how great they took care of my love one. They put patient care first which is what families really want. Besides the nurses being friendly and caring, they were also approachable and I felt comfortable asking them questions. I would recommend this place to others!

This was the worst and lowest part of my life. The nurses at this fine establishment were caring and respectful to my situation. Especially the dialysis crew. Josh and Amanda were the gold star of the hospital. They were completely professional and made me forget about all I've been through.

I’m writing this review for Josh from Dialysis. The department is going through a lot of changes and staff turn overs but you can count on Josh to be there 6 days a week prepping charts at 5:30am and happily offering to move your hospital bed into place for treatment. Josh has been assisting me with dialysis treatments for almost 3 months. Josh is thorough, helpful, knowledgeable and extremely hard working. Always willing to go the extra mile for you. It’s thanks to him I can count on a smooth dialysis session. Now don’t be going anywhere Josh! Respectfully, Kris McCreery

I am blessed to have this urgent care center close to where I live. In cases of emergency, it’s amazing that in this small town they are well equipped. I had an injury and Dr. Flower was my attending physician. When you’re in great pain it is comforting to know that you are with a competent doctor Who is warm and caring. The rates are also very reasonable especially for “self paying” patients or those without insurance. What I appreciate in this facility is that they are not the kind of hospital that lets you pay for all sorts of exams that you don’t really need. Dr Flower told me that I do not need an Xray and her diagnosis would be the same.( Had an experience in another hospital where they continue doing tests and exams even if you already have a fresh result of the same tests. )She did a good job of giving me the pain management I needed, as well as giving me handouts and information I needed to help my injury. Unlike in most hospitals where you wait hours to be attended to, they respond to you right away. And the staff don’t act like robots. I am a happy patient. I highly recommend this. Open everyday 9-9pm.

Horrible place! PLEAS!!! Do not bring your family members to this place!! My father was here to help him get out of the ventilator and getting physical therapy. NEVER DID!! They only sat him once and that’s because I begged them too! They put a rectal tube for so long that he was bleeding and had to be sent to the ER at Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital! He got more wounds on his body then he had before coming here!! My father is a dialysis patient one day after having is treatment his fistula wouldn’t stop bleeding I was the one noticing it after seeing him all covered by blood!! Thank God there was a dialysis nurse nearby that actually helped not like the nurses that didn’t know what to do!! His nurse actually told me if I could hold pressure for an hour!!!! I wouldn’t mind his my dad!! But come on!!!! It’s there responsibility to do so!! After that he got send to the ER and when he came back they never notified me an other patient that was with my dad actually called my husband at night letting us know he was back at sonoma Speciality. Doctors never call family to give updates of how he was doing if he was getting better or not. Physical therapy is a JOKE HERE!! I had to be behind them all the time! My sister and even had to clean my father because he was all covered of poop even after they had “cleaned” him. I could go on and on of things happening in this place! Even personal staff from santa rosa hospital recommend sending my dad somewhere else. Patient from this place keep coming to Santa Rosa Memorial because of there diligence.
