A couple of thoughts on Sonoma Hills PT. First, the actual therapist are great. Chris and Julie, five stars. Very knowledgeable, engaging and know their stuff. Seriously Chris described my shoulder in more detail and with a better explanation than my surgeon did! On the flipside, the office is tired, equipment looks a little beaten. The administration of Sonoma Hills PT seems very questionable, I booked a series of 12 appointments after shoulder surgery. Of the 12 they cancelled 4, including the first introductory visit. The "waitlist" doesn't work or exist. I was on the waitlist often but never got a call. The best (worst) part, they apparently stopped taking Blue Cross and gave me two days notice - IE you have an appointment on Wednesday but your benefits are no longer accepted so you'll have to pay cash. Wow! I've never heard of a company changing a benefit plan, mid month with days notice. A little suspect but since it was by 11th appointment I just cancelled and moved on. My surgeon had warned me that Sonoma Hills PT didn't have the best reputation and I hate saying it but they were right. If you're desperate to get into PT, Sonoma Hill will do the job but probably shouldn't be your first choice.
