Sonie Clinic

i recently traveled to San Jose CA to visit family. Exiting the plane I realized I could hardly walk. Several years ago I had fallen and the doctor said I had a pinched nerve in my neck. I had been seeing a chiropractor for years and tried western medicine (won't talk about how bad this experience was except they made it worst!) I was limping along, until now. I didn't want to ruin my trip, so I immediately looked for an acupuncturist and chiropractor. I found the Sonie Clinic and they were wonderful! within two visits and a few simple exercises I was able to sleep all night and on my side! Yeah haven't done that in years. I also learned I was crooked and she put me back in place, that too was for years.. I went home feeling much better, changed doctors and keep up with the things in my toolkit (easy exercises that instantly helps strengthen the lower back, improve flexibility, etc). Family and friends were amazed how much better I could move, even got to the point of it's okay I won't break anymore. I know there is more, but the point is, it doesn't hurt and doing the two together is an awesome experience! Thank you for being so awesome! -Pat
