Soledad Medical Clinic

I use to like the clinic at first but lately I haven't got any results when promised. Also I had a phone appointment set for a time. Called because I had not received my call. Got told they would call me in a couple of minutes. One hour pass and nothing yet and to be told they like to do their calls towards the end. Not professional it would be nice to have been told ahead of time instead of waiting longer. I had to return to work it would be nice if they honored the time gaps they schedule or communicate they are running very late or need to reschedule.

I really liked this clinic in the beginning, have more then a yr going here and now it’s getting hectic & annoying, they are always rescheduling my kids appointments when they need to be up to date!, never get seen as a walk-in! Even when i wait hours and to be seen as a walk-in or end up not being seen at all, or the 1st or 2nd person In line, at first was the first 10 people would be seen, now we have to wait for a patient to cancel their appointment to be seen, I have been taking my kids to the ER to Salinas in order to be seen because of this clinic! They either say wait for weeks or they’re no doctors available, and when I call they NEVER answer or call me back when I leave voicemails, when school want or need doctors papers to fill out they end up losing my papers and it has happen 3x times Already! I have gone in person to discuss this to the front they always make excuses! and it sucks because ones your baby/kids go to the ER you have to make an appointment by their primary doctor asap, and then they get mad at the parents saying why you didn’t come sooner? wells this is why your people keep saying their isn’t anything available till WEEKS OR MONTHS & the RESCHEDULE! I just don’t understand I wouldn’t want to change clinics because of Dr.Ozcar, and Dr gamboa are my babies primary DR, great doctor by the way!,have so much more to say but if this continues I’ll change clinics & see which clinic would fit great for my kids & be seen.

I've been waiting for an hour and 5 minutes for my scheduled appointment. I recommend ya'll taking snacks, drinks, and a fully charged phone. Update: here on another visit. I was running late, so I called them to let them know and what is the latest they still accept my Dr visit. The girl that answered said 10 mins after appt. I got here 10 min after like right before the time I was told was the limit. Guess what? I am now waiting once again because "they got someone ahead of me for being late". I brought snacks; wish me luck on waiting with a toddler too.

I had a good experience from March-August, but this month, my prenatal app. got canceled and there is no availability for the time I need in Sept. I have to wait until Oct., so close to my maternity leave date. On another note, I once had an issue with the billing department, and the staff was able to help resolve my issue. I agree with the other reviews, booking an appointment is difficult with their phone automatic system. Lastly, with the growing community, the woman’s health center was a big need for people who don’t have time to drive to Salinas for pre-natal care.

First of all, my doctor is great. He deserves 5 stars, honestly. But when I have an issue and try calling, I get no response 9 times out of 10. That's a problem. The receptionists hardly ever pick up the phone. I called today to get info from my doctor before the clinic closed at 5:30pm (30 min. before) and their phones kept sending me to an automated system that didn't give me what I asked. I attempted to keep calling for the next 30 minutes, hoping I could get someone to connect me to my doctor or his nurse. But as soon as I knew it, it was 6pm and it told me the office is closed. AFTER ATTEMPTING TO CALL FOR 30 MINUTES FOR A VERY IMPORTANT ISSUE WITH MY MEDICATION, I NOW HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL MONDAY! Nothing was resolved and was passed around numerous automated systems over and over and over again. This is terrible for their patients. Especially for very important medication. Smh.

If I could give this clinic -0000 reviews I would ! My wife has been waiting for an appointment for the last month and they keep on resquedualing and she is pregnant, we lost all this month waiting for her to see the doctor and at the last minute again they canceled! I would suggest anyone please avoid this clinic

I have been a patient of Dr. Beltran's for 13 years. She gives me good advice and monitors my health carefully. Yes, sometimes we have to wait, these are very hard times with Covid, Pneumonia, RSV and all the other aliments that the doctor's are seeing. Have patience, If you have an emergency they will take care of you too. I for one am grateful For Soledad Medical Clinic Deborah Leduc

I went in at 7:50am as a walk in on the waiting list. I was told there were 7 people ahead of me. I waited 80minutes in the waiting room and 40minutes in a room once I was called in. The nurses always seem in a hurry, legitimately the place does get very crowded. The service is great once you get the sit down with a doctor depending on how thorough you are and how prepared you are with health information. Just make sure you have a lot of patience and time on your hands and some snacks because you will get hungry. This is about my fourth time going to this clinic.
