Sol Physical Therapy is such an incredible place to go for physical therapy. I have been going for over a year and have never once had a problem. Everyone from the front desk staff, to the techs, to the physical therapists are extremely helpful, care about the patients, and will do whatever is needed to support you as the patient.

I have been to many different physical therapy places but of all the ones I have been to, I must say, SOL Physical Therapy is the best. All the therapists, techs and front office personnel are unbelievably friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to assist you and your questions. They never try and rush you through your therapy (and I have been places where that was definitely the case). I would recommend SOL to anyone that needs physical therapy, they are top notch!!

I have had the pleasure of seeing Stephanie L, Dan, Rachel, and Joe at the Fort Lowell location. They are all extremely knowledgeable and know how to make the experience fun, even when you are in pain. I would (and have) highly recommend them to anyone who needs PT or OT. Kailey at the front desk is always very kind and willing to help as well.

I had one visit to this office. The therapist was great, but the front office was not. They thought I was self-pay so would not provide me with a bill. If I wanted a bill I had to call the billing office. I decided to just pay the bill. I am self-pay, but my insurance company will reimburse me or pay directly to the facility. Upon leaving the office they wanted to know if I wanted another appointment. I told them no since they would not provide a bill. Now I am getting text from the business office that I owe them for the one appointment. When I contacted the office, they said that it was a mistake, and I did not have a balance. I needed to call the billing office to get the problem resolved. They could do nothing about it. Gosh, this has turned into a lot of effort on my part for paying my own bill.

Sol is an outstanding physical therapy organization in my 7 month experiences during 2022-23. They helped me recover the significant use of my right hand following a traumatic fall with a broken forearm and shattered wrist. I always enjoyed going to the sessions and working with two therapists each session as they coached and manipulated my arm, wrist, and fingers back into useful strengths.

I see 3 of the physical therapist there and feel like part of the family. I am treated with respect and my pains are very serious to them as them always put me first. Thank you SOL Physical Therapy

I was very happy with my experience here. The staff was friendly and helpful. My therapist was excellent. All over a wonderful place to get therapy! Highly recommend!

Alicia is truly a miracle worker. She got my hand and arm moving again after I had 3 surgeries. She is very knowledgeable, personable, and a master of her craft. I highly recommend her for physical therapy!
