SMH Rehabilitation Services at Heritage Harbour

Kristi Kleibert is an incredible physical therapist. My 10 week pelvic floor therapy journey with her was life-changing! She has always prioritized my comfort, both emotionally and physically, and my consent. I wish my OB/GYN visits went as smoothly as my pelvic floor visits do with Kristi! She is very gentle and lets me take the lead of each individual appointment as well as my treatment plan in full. I consider Kristi to be a major part of my support system in treating my endometriosis. She’s taught me so much about my body while also empowering me to listen to my body’s cues. Kristi is smart, empathetic, and a great advocate. I’m incredibly sad to be moving out of state and ending my time with her, as I doubt any other provider will compare. Truly, she is wonderful. Also, Amy at the front desk is a superstar! She takes care of SO MUCH on her own and she’s also incredibly kind. She managed to make me leave with a smile after checking out each week. She’s also fantastically organized and just all-around amazing at her job!!

I have been to several rehabilitation / PT outfits over the years – most of them were very good. BUT not one can beat Heritage Harbour Rebab. After bypass surgery, I started cardiac rehab & just finished after 3 months of rehab. The care given by Melanie & her sidekick, Mia is nothing less than phenomenal in my opinion! Professional care with knowledge, understanding & compassion. I know the patients with whom I was with for the 3 months share my opinion. I am also currently going for PT after undergoing a spinal fusion, among other things. Once again, I have found Katie & Kevin to be most understanding and knowledgeable. They push you gently, without pain and the progress I’ve made is more than satisfactory. They make a great team together with the affable, professional and ever pleasant, Amy, handling the administrative responsibilities. If you require rehab services, do yourself a favor and seek out Heritage Harbour Rebab.

All of the physical therapists are great here! But not for the price of their services :-( I just received a bill for one appointment and it was $682 dollars!! If insurance is picking up the bill at 100 percent I am sure this place would be worth it, but not for 682 an hour for physical therapy.
