SMC Physical Therapy

Because of all the stellar reviews, I decided to give SMC a try. I'm so glad I did! Over the past 2 years, I have been to 4 different physical therapy offices. SMC will now always be my go-to for all my PT issues. Shannon and his staff, especially Caesar, are kind, knowledgeable, and creative in their customized approach. The office atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed. All in all, it was a great experience!

My first experience with Physiotherapy. I randomly picked this facility near my home. I am very pleased with Shannon and his friendly Staff. His assessment for each individual case is very accurate and the therapy motivates you to stay on a home exercise program. Thank you to all of you, I am getting better. LH P.S. There service is unbelievably good. they are kind and explain everything you need to at home. I have never done PT and I love it my foot has been so much better since I been to SMC and Caesar ,and Nancy and David are great . I would recommend them highly

We went to this terapy place only 3 times in a past spring. We were suppose to return on summer when my husband start his vocation. We never went back , becaus of 2 reasons. First, they messed up my husbands sholder and second, when we missed one last appointment they charged as more than double of our terapy cost. (we explained that we got an accident in a condo where we almost got a fluded because of a brocken water pipe. Despite my excuse we had to pay the charge. ) So regarding the sholder injury. Before we began the terapy I spoke to Shannon and described that my husband has sertain neurological desorders and needed to gain astrenght. I also told him that my husband has severe cervical stenosis and showed him the MRI reports. Shanon was very gentle and nice but he worked with my husband only on the first day. Next visits my husband worked with a different guy( I dont remember his name) He kept chalanging my husband and made him to do exersizes above his ability. He, wasnt profeccional, even mentioned that my husbands posture is bad and he looks old. That is truth, it is because of the condition of his neck which is tilted forward and his chest is sunked in. My husband use to be in a very good atletic shape few years back, that wasnt his foult that he began to have his spinal degenerations. I am 15 years yonger than my husband and the terapist kept chalanging my husband and asking him to always remember and imagine how would he go on his first date when he met me.Also he has to keep his posture straight because he has a younger wife and he looks older next to me. So when he would ask my husband to do exersises, my husband would try above his ability and messed up his sholder. My husband was diagnosed with calcific tendonitise few years back, but that wouldnt bother him lately. We told on a next visit that my husbands sholder start hurting after exersises he ask him to do. So they would put some ice and heating pad and try to help him. I didnt take that very seriouse and we thought that it would heal and we never made a complain. Also I am very busy and have no time. So It has been going on for a couple of months now and we finaly went for an MRI. So my husband has few tears on his sholder tendon. Thankfully no surgery needed , but he is hurting and we are afraid to start any therapy with him because this bad experience. I would never expect this outcome. I am so upset with this place and now I have to review and warn people that they be careful and not to make same mistakes we did. This place has exelent reviews but it wort to give my feedback so many would not be misleaded . Also this would teach the terapist to be more profeccional and be careful when dealing with patients who came to them to feel better but not worse. I am also going to report this incident to a terapy board. Buy the way, my name apears differently on a google, but Shannon will definetly know who I am.

Both Shannon and Cesar are fantastic therapists. They are thorough listen to what you have to say and plan a routine around your needs. I have been to several therapists and these two seem to be the best of all of them. I would highly recommend this establishment

Seems like a nice office. However, they do not take United Healthcare insurance as of 10-14-24. I called them on the phone and was told that they did, only to be told otherwise when I showed up for my first appointment.

Very flexible with appointments, extremely professional, they listen if you have concerns. I really feel the improvement every time I go. I love the way they cheer me on and reassure me that I will recover. All the staff are very polite and pleasant.

Very happy with the help I am getting from staff. My only concern is not your service but parking lot and alley way to parking lot has many pot holes. Dangerous to drive on.
