SmartClinic Urgent Care

there were 5 groups of people waiting for an about hour and then the provider at 1pm Nov 17 sunday states that she cannot see the patients anymore. as a medical provider myself that is unacceptable and do not go to this urgent care or else you will just waste your time. Imagine if someone was waiting in the clinic with a true concern and this place just delays your care for 1 hour without even a second thought. It is very irresponsible and I would not have this place take care of my loved ones. I will be telling my family members and patients to avoid this clinic at all costs. Do better for your patients.

I'm a teenager who has pretty awful anxiety around medical care in general, and it makes me cry even thinking about going to the doctors. If you are like me and need care, I think this is a great place to get help with your medical needs! I was sure to tell the people working with me that I had anxiety, and they were nothing but kind. They were so smiley and gentle, explaining me most of the process, as well as being quick and kind so I didn't panic. They diagnosed me quickly, and I was in and out in about 30 minutes or less. I came into the clinic sobbing, later walking into the room I was assigned smiling, because I felt the doctors cared about me as a person as much as a patient. I also struggle talking to people, but it was so easy to tell the doctor all my symptoms, as they were so smiley and pleasent to talk to. If you have white coat syndrome, know you are not alone, and know this place will try their best to make you feel at home!

Whatever you do, do not come to this clinic. You'll see other reviews in the comments. You will have an appt and pay your copayment. MONTHS later they will claim you did not fully pay your bill, and submit you directly to collections without properly notifying you. No mail, no bill, no email, nothing. I used to come here and liked it. But for some reason, they have become a highly predatory business. I've truly never encountered anything like this.

I would give them zero stars if possible. The lady at the front desk is lazy and does not want to work. She supposedly claimed I would owe a $1000 on top of my co-pay of $50. I asked her to call the insurance company and she did after hesitation. She kept hanging up and calling back hoping I would leave. After almost 45 minutes she verified that I will not owe $1000. It will be just the $50 co-pay and another $145 service fee???? What the hell? What is the purpose of insurance if I have to pay co-pay and visit fee. I went across the street to AFC urgent care and they charged me only $50 co-pay and took good care of me. Never going back to StupidClinic Lazy Care

Don't go here. I came to this facility because it was mentioned in the uhc official app as one of their in network urgent care. I was told initially that this facility accepts my insurance but the copay is high $140. I accepted it given my situation but after almost an hour of waiting , they said they don't know about coverage and they don't have anyone that they can cover. I missed on the opportunity to go to other urgent care and time wasted especially when I am sick. Horrible.

Kind, curteous, efficient, was about 13 minutes from walking in to talking with NP spent about 25 minutes in here total and only because i needed to use restroom after. Fastest compassionate care ive ever gotten at a clinic. If it makes any difference, i went in around 11

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst urgent care ever. “The Dr doesn’t really prescribe medication” is what I was told. Then why is he there??? Fire him & bring the previous physician back. A horrible experience for someone who was really sick. And they don’t have a lot of tools - you’ll have to wait days to get any results back. I ended up going to AFC Urgent Care where I was better taken care off and provided a prescription for my symptoms because they were able to swab me and test the same day within a few minutes. Shame on smart clinic urgent care

I developed an infection while at work and I was referred by my co-worker for some treatment on my ear, so glad she did. Myra and the rest of the staff were very attentive to my condition and were able to treat me and get me on my way within an hour. Never felt rushed, just a great overall experience and I have felt so much better since my visit. Just a very grateful patient saying thank you!
