The prices are extremely high. They charged me $450 for a big a new patient and getting prescription refilled. I also did physical therapy next door which is out patient and did not let me know and received another $450 bill. Recommend not going here unless you have big pockets.

I have gone there many times for physical therapy and pool therapy. The staff is very friendly and professional and helpful.. They work with you on your insurance and message. Or extend the physical therapy if needed.. They also have a gym, a pool, and a coral pool, and a sauna, it is a wonderful place..

Was a client (my family as well) for over 20 years. And was under the assumption that Doctor/patient relationship for so many years meant something. But according to Smart Sports General Manager “Burt”…”you do not mean anymore than a first time patient. I don’t care how long you have been coming here.” After verbal disagreement and called a liar by “Burt”, he told me three times he was terminating me. 5 weeks later (after I posted a review) I get called by “Burt” saying letter was printed and mailed and could prove it. When I asked for the proof (proof of delivery) I was told his word was proof enough. As of today…no letter and 20 years of medical information not available to me. So, if you want a great smile and care without loyalty…Smart Sports General Managers philosophy is what you’re looking for. Thank You “BERT” for you reply and proving your cattle train philosophy. If you did care about loyalty of patients, you would have discussed this “problem “ before and realized repeat clients (20 years) deserves asking for resolution instead of replying with blame. YOU PROVED MY POINT BIG TIME. You should have said, if anything , “thank you go your business “. A shame Dr Ross has had to vest his business on the ignorance of a family member. Thank you Dr Ross for the care of my family…the beginning of you career you practice was what any family man would want.

Dr Ross and his staff are wonderful. My whole family has seen Dr Ross for one thing or another over the past 20+ years, and he was amazing every time. His diagnosis and treatment was always spot on. Thanks to the whole staff at Smart Sports for your professionalism and always making us feel like family too. Also thanks to Dr Ross for all he does in our community here in Cheyenne, his home town too.

Erin and her beautiful assistant have been a Godsend to me. They cheer me on every step of the way. The girls have bright smiles and encouraging words during the whole workout. Thank you girls so much.

It's a small, friendly gym. It didn't not have shiny new equipment that gets changed out every few years but it also isn't over crowded with people. It's a great place for people who want to focus on their workout.

All of the staff at SMART Sports Medicine are so friendly and professional. Justin listens to what you have going on and does amazing work to get you back better than ever. Kielee is always in a great mood and does a wonderful job explaining the exercises and answering questions. All of the PT staff do a great job and make the appointments enjoyable.
