We met the doctor in the beginning of the year. First appointment we were charged incorrectly later to be refunded. We purchased 2 insoles for our son. 5 months later with many calls , speaking to the front desk to be told our calls will be returned. They have not been returned. We have not received the insoles nor have we received a refund. Very poor customer service.

I have been going to Smart, for about 20 years. Been my lifesaver. Was a truck driver for 28 years, Dr. Sayegh saved me from the lower back pain and shoulder pain, along with both knee pain. I couldn't have driven as many years without the help. Now with Jordan and Sterling assisting, life has gotten so much better. Again thank you all at Smart for all the help with everyday life......

Great experience, I had been in pain for more than a decade, been referred for PT, they just didn’t give the care that is needed for chronic pain. Dr Sayegh, Jordan, Chris, Mark, Melissa and Eddie are the best!

I was looking forward to visit this office because I had heard good things. However, after going for my first appointment, I had to leave after waiting over 1 hour from my scheduled appointment time. In asking the reception staff if the doctor always runs this late, she replied that "he typically does because he likes to spend a lot of time with his patients". It's unfortunate that they would require patients to wait more than one hour because a doctor elects to spend more time with one patient. Not a great way to start a relationship with a new doctor. So I asked for my $350 fee back and left. I do not have the flexibility to wait over an hour for an appointment. Also, I find it ironic, that this office charges a late and cancellation fee to patients who miss appointments, but they are okay having patients wait over an hour. A very strange way of doing business.

I can’t recommend them more highly. Doc Sayegh is incredible. Not only is he highly skilled, but because he’s personally experienced about every body injury/issue anyone has, he completely relates to, empathizes with and knows how to treat with the goal of keeping you in the game and on the field of life, whether you’re an athlete or just a regular person who wants to live their most healthy physical life!

I've been going to Smart Spine and seeing Dr. Sayegh for a few months now and all i can say is that they're amazing. I’ve gone to other chiropractors in the past and there was little to no difference in my back pain. The first day I went to see Dr. Sayegh they did a full assessment of where my body pain was, what could have caused it, and they told me what I could do to prevent and reduce the pain. After only a few visits I noticed most of my back pain had gone away. The soft tissue work and adjustments are some of the best that I've ever had and are extremely precise. The staff there are very professional and kind towards everyone and you can see how much they care for their patients. The facility is also very clean and maintained well by the staff, whenever I am there they are constantly wiping down everything that's been used. The treatments are also very relaxing and the staff are also well educated in what they are doing which makes me feel more secure going there. Overall, I highly recommend coming here if you have any body pain because Dr. Sayegh and his crew will make everything better.

Won't recommand to anyone. The doctor was fine, I won't say amazing, but fine. The staff on the other hand though, unprofessional at its best. First, if you want to book online, they respond to you in their personal email instead of a company one. Also they can take more than 48 hour to respond to your email. First time I received their email, I almost thought it's a scam. Second, the first time I went there, every single staff member looks as if they are not getting paid, thus they don't care what so ever. One of them was extremely impaitent with me, I told her I had an appointment and she told me to "well just sign in" while glaring at me. Another one literately told me the he can't help me with the new patient form, no explanation given. I was also left in the x-ray room alone for 20ish minutes. Sure I'm an adult and should know not to mess with stuff, but this is still extremely dangerous and unprofessional. Third, second time I came here, I was locked outside for 10 minutes. The sign on the door said "will be open by 2:00", that's a lie. After minutes of waiting and knocking on the door, someone let me in. When I asked why the door was locked, they told me they were at lunch with snarky voice. If you can't open at a certain time, perhaps you shouldn't put on a sign stating you will be open by then. What's even better is that they actually scheduled me for 2:00pm. Guess my time is worthless comparing to their precious lunch time. And I just walked out. I will not pay my money to people who act like this. None of these staff member deserve a single penny from anyone. Lastly, cost. The first treatment is 200$, which is expensive. I was told that later treatment would be 95, but I can't varify. TL;DR if you like to deal with unprofessional staff member who don't respect you, come here. I certainly won't.

Very good, friendly, and professional doctors. No problem. 2 stars for the unfriendliness of the staff and unsanitary practices the staff have. They use and reuse the electrodes (pads they use on you) for the electrical stimulation. Each patient should have their own electrodes/pads and not communal shared with the rest of their patients. Yikes! It’s been a month already visiting this place and electrodes are just being wet by a water spray to stick again. Woah. Thinking of cross-contamination right there! The staff who are setting you up on the table are cold, unfriendly, and somewhat rude - they slap you the electrodes just like that on your back. The unsanitary and unprofessional staff they have made me gave them 2 stars. If they could fix this issue, it would be a wonderful place to recover and do therapy. Good luck!
