SmallTalk Pediatric Therapy

I can't speak highly enough about Small Talk Pediatric Therapy. We pay out of pocket to come to this place, even though I should go to a clinic that is covered by my insurance, but it's that good. The therapists are very knowledgable and kind and the admin staff is responsive and accommodating. My 6 year old son is in Speech Therapy and Occupational Therapy and is very picky about his environment and the therapists he works with, and he absolutely loves it! I have seen huge improvement in his Speech and OT skills, it blows my mind! It's play based, which I appreciate. I always feel bad that I"m giving my son more services outside of school, but he thinks it's fun to go here! I recommend this place to any child who wants a supportive and nurturing environment for their kiddo that provides results :)

We've been with small talk and seeing Amy for speech for almost a year now. She has helped our son build his language so much it's insane. I recommend them to everyone who asks. Best one out there and best staff ever! Lynette is also amazing with working with schedules to make sure you have the perfect appt time.

We've been with SmallTalk for several years now and worked with multiple OT and speech therapists over time, and all of them are amazing, caring, and very supportive. Front office staff is also very helpful and accommodating with scheduling changes and make-up appointments. Thankful to have this amazing team in our community!

The therapist at Small Talk are excellent because their methods work. My daughter has experienced a lot of progress with both speech and occupational therapy in just over two months. Thank you Bree and Lauren for your help!

Where do I even start? It has a very transactional feel to it. Tons of paperwork, rules, and loops to jump through before even getting an appointment. I had a referral from our pediatrician, filled out paperwork, answered multiple reminder calls, and was hoping I’d find help. However, I didn’t. After an OT assessment and a speech assessment, I was told that the reason why my pediatrician sent us there, is not something they do. The OT therapist was very nice and said she could try to help with some of the issues, but it’s not what OT is normally for. I did not have a good experience with the speech assessor and would not recommend her.

Amy has been our two sons speech therapist for years. She is an amazing therapist! She’s incredible at drawing out language and a master at teaching social skills.

We LOVE Small Talk!!! We have been using Speech and OT services with Small Talk for over 5 years! They have become our family! My son who is diagnosed with mod/severe Autism and speech delay started Small Talk with no words - his speech therapist Amy has been so wonderful and patient with him over the years! I have seen a tremendous improvement with my son. I am forever grateful for Amy and all that she has done and continues to do! We have also seen many OT therapist while at Small Talk, they all have been wonderful and patient with my boy. Lynette and Blythe in the office are amazing as well! Very easy to communicate with which makes life easier. I have recommended them countless times and will continue to do so! My son has been going to Small Talks for about 4 years for speech and OT. He has made so many improvements with the help of his therapists. Ms. Amy for speech, is one of a kind. From the beginning my son and I both absolutely loved her! She has helped my non-verbal son with his speech so much and I am forever grateful for her!
