There is a virtual receptionist that doesn't know anything about how their scheduling system works. I received a text confirming an appointment. I live over an hour away. When I got there they told me that my text was a mistake and that my son would not have session since they booked someone else. Cassandra had left a note and they werent able to get a hold of her. I asked to speak to the manager Hector and was told that I couldn't talk to him. I had to wait for him to call me the next day. I asked on the procedure to file a complaint on the company and the receptionist told me that I would have to wait to talk to Hector. This place is ridiculous. Their administration feels like a circus. The therapist does seem kind and caring. It's just a shame that their office does nothing to help children in need. I will be filing a complaint with the insurance. Especially because they charge more than the copay if you choose to use a debit card.

We started coming to Small Talk Therapy a couple years ago and automatically felt like part of the family. From the front desk staff, who really worked to help us get settled into an appointment time that worked for our schedule, to the SLPs, who have not only helped our son learn to speak clearly, but also made him excited to go to speech therapy, we will forever be grateful to them. I have already recommended them to friends that are seeking out services for their own kids, and will continue to do so anytime someone asks!

My daughter has been going to Small Talk for a couple of years. I appreciate how the staff accommodates appointments if needed. There is always coverage if a therapist calls out. Staff has been wonderful. My daughter enjoys going to her weekly appointments and has shown major progress. I would recommend to others.

My boys both come here. We love this place. Ms. Lindsey who is the front office personnel who manages all the scheduling is so great and accommodating and always willing to help and she always nice and pleasant. Ms. Kristina who is our OT is super! Our boys love her! She is amazing at what she does and I only hope that if we are to move that we could find someone as great as her. She is fun, caring, compassionate and makes the boys work and have a great time at the same time. Ms. Beatrice who is currently our speech therapist is also very good! Our boys love her as well. We hope to always have a place like Pediatric Therapy of Santa Clarita to help our boys. They are wonderful and we couldn't be happier at this place. We commute every week twice a week to come here but I can't imagine taking my boys anywhere else. The staff and this place is such a blessing to our family.

Don't waste your time with this outfit. They billed for the testing, but had no intention of supplying treatment. After doing the test they put us on hold indefinitely and never mentioned we were on a waitlist. When we followed up, they told us they only had two part time practicioners and over a year long waitlist. We are back to square one looking for someone who can actually provide assistance to help with speech therapy.

My son it’s been going for almost 2 years , his speech improve so much.

Bad customer service
