I have had a great experience with our therapist Miss Jessica and Miss Taylor! They were both phenomenal, patient, and fun to work with! Miss Jessica really took her time to let my daughter warm up to her and let her go at her own pace. Also, the office manager (Shannon) and receptionist (Goldie) were very sweet, professional and friendly every encounter we had with them. My daughter always looked forward to our speech days thanks to the entire staff for always being so warm and welcoming to us!

I’m so grateful for everything Ms. Taylor has done and is doing for our son. She’s SO AMAZING on how she trained and continues to teach our son to talk. His vocabularies definitely grows each visits. Also how she explains the things we should do for our son at home is very helpful. Even when she has a Student to train she knows exactly how to work everything together amazingly! Every night my son always included her on his prayers and every morning when he wakes up he’s always asking to go see Ms. Taylor and not school only Ms. Taylor! My son loves Ms. Taylor….Heck! The whole family loves Ms. Taylor.! I would also like to add that all the staff at Small Talk are all very nice. Ms. Shannon is so sweet and friendly. Ms. Goldie is wonderful, too even behind the screen! We hope to see her in person one day!

I can't say enough good things about Taylor! My son Maverick has been working with her for two years, and it has been a transformative experience. From the moment we walked into her office, she made Maverick feel comfortable and engaged. Her approach is not only professional but also incredibly warm and nurturing. Taylor tailors each session to Maverick’s needs, incorporating fun activities that keep him excited about learning. We’ve seen amazing progress in his speech and confidence over these two years, and it's all thanks to her dedication and expertise. I highly recommend Taylor to any parent looking for a skilled and compassionate speech therapist. She truly makes a difference

My son who is 7 years old has been with Small Talk Therapy since July 2024 and we are very impressed with the service that has been provided. He is currently working with Miss Taylor to improve his speech and he has done very well. Miss Taylor is amazing at what she does, she knows what my son needs are. She’s very compassionate, respectful, and caring. My son looks forward in seeing her every week. Small Talk Therapy is a clean and safe environment.

My daughter began seeing Taylor once a week for speech therapy because she refused to talk. She was making great progress and we added in a second appointment weekly with Jessica. Both are great and their personalities/methods are slightly different that I feel it helps my daughter even more. Her goals have been moved as she’s met her initial goals. Love this place!

My daughter has been receiving speech therapy at Small Talk for about six months with Taylor and Jessica. They both make every appointment fun and engaging for her! They are always on time and make sure to keep me involved on her progress each appointment. I also appreciate the virtual appointment option on days we aren’t able to make it into the office.

Mrs. Annesia (child development) and Mrs. Jessica (speech) are AMAZING therapists! My daughter loves to see them each week and gets excited to learn and play with them both! They have taken time to get to know her personality and have helped her develop in her own time and ways. She has accomplished so much within just a few months and i couldn't be more grateful for her therapist’s patience and care towards her!

Not sure about the bad reviews, my family has had an amazing experience with impeccable results with Mrs. Shereen. While it did take months for a spot to open up it was well worth the wait. If your worried about your child’s speech this is definitely a great place where they care about your child and ensure that they are doing everything to help them improve. Mrs. Shereen is very polite, professional and knowledgeable in communication disorders. She makes every experience fun for my son with neat speech games and he enjoys his time spent learning with her. His speech has significantly improved in a small amount of time and his teachers at school noticed.
