Small Talk Pediatric Therapy Center

Paxton is my kid’s speech therapist and she’s fantastic! She has been working with us for awhile now and there’s not one bad thing I’d say about her. My kid loves when she gets to see Ms. Paxton and that’s a great feeling. She gives us guidance for home as well. My daughter has made so much progress. We’re so blessed to have found Paxton at Small Talk. ❤️

I have had three children use the speech services at Small Talk with Melanie. Melanie is absolutely wonderful! She is so knowledgeable and helpful when navigating the process. I cannot recommend this group enough!

There are no words to describe how wonderful small talk is. My son has been attending this facility for over a year during that time he has seen three separate therapists, (speech, occupational and physical), and they have all been absolutely spectacular. They continuously go above and beyond to make sure that my son gets exactly what he needs during the therapy time and give tons of guidance for working with him at home. They are always happy, smiling and SO patient. May son has made so much progress and I give them ALL the credit! I drive an hour one way just so my son can see them and it’s worth every mile!

I wish I could give Small Talk more than five stars. I absolutely LOVE the entire atmosphere & so did my daughter. Everyone was so nice. I can’t say enough good things about Ms. Mel. She’s such a knowledgeable and kind human. She truly does love her job and it shows. I appreciate everything she did for my daughter in the few years she was her client.

We have loved using Small Talks PT and OT services for our child. We have been a patient for over a year and seen marked improvement while maintaining a fun and engaging environment and developing a close relationship with our therapist. Our child looks forward to his appointments and we are pleased with his progress.

My 2nd grader loved going to Small Talk. Ms. Laura was so friendly and "cool" that he looked forward to seeing her every week. She was so great with him and he learned how to articulate letter sounds through games and fun activities. The location is also great as I was able to take a walk during sessions.

Our son Shay has been seeing Krista at Small Talk for almost two months now. She is absolutely amazing! She is passionate and knowledgeable about OT. You can tell how much she really cares about each kiddo she works with and she is so invested! I’ve also had the pleasure of seeing AnneRussell working with children on PT, Susan for Speech and the entire team is incredible. Professional, kind and caring and so much more. Ms. Cindy is an amazing occupational therapist. She has helped my son so much. I was very thankful that they were able to work with our insurance and figure out a plan that worked best for us!
