Ed Kulp is great! He is very caring and makes sure you understand everything and makes sure you get the best treatment available. Staff there is also wonderful!

My husband needed to get his medical card updated for his CDL license. Glad we were able to find this location. I recommend if your medical card is about ready to expire give this location a call. It is conveniently located right off highway 160 or main Street in alamosa. The price for the medical examination was $110 as of March of 2021. We were able to get an appointment within one week so if you travel through this area and you know you're going to be coming back make sure to get your medical card updated. Also if you are a Colorado license holder the DMV is not too far away from here at all I would say probably within a mile or two.

The staff are always so kind. Dr. Roylance is by far, one of the best doctors I've ever had. His nurse Gina is one of my absolute favorite humans. Highly recommend them both!

The doctors I've dealt with have been knowledgeable and willing to listen to my concerns and never forced me into any treatment I wasn't comfortable with. If the problem you have is beyond their expertise they have great suggestions of specialty doctors all over Colorado. The nurses are top notch and even though they are running ragged trying to see so many patients and help in every way possible they keep a smile on their face and continue to give great customer service. They usually have same day appointments which is the huge benefit of a small town.

The personal with SLV Health are very caring and kind. I had to have a total knee replacement and doctor DeFee and his hospital and clinic staff sre very good. Eric at PT is also excellent everyone makes you feel you are special.

I have been blessed by my Dr & her hard workn, knowledgeable nurse🙏💜🙏they're a great team really tryn taget me well helpn me thru this extremely difficult time in my life & they really have become friends I do trust & don't know what I'd do without them🙏

This place doesn’t care at patients they are to busy push them through to listen or anything my visit was concerned a no show cause it to the check in register long to check me in and talking on the phone with provider then do let me be seen the company doesn’t focus on the community just the money aspect and having rude people working for them!!!
