Friendly folks but it's nearly impossible to get anything accomplished in one try. Hearing is scheduled through Tricare Online and usually has a 3 week wait. Getting a physical scheduled is more challenging than clearing CIF as a first time go.

To the best of my knowledge STMC has 20+ years of gross institutional negligence, a pattern of behavior that violates ethics and possible legal regulations that could be described as institutional corruption and at minimum it violates veterans and servicemans rights to proper care and medical records. It's a shame and makes me sad.

TMC will show you the importance of advocating for your own health. The medical staff often ignores evident issues and will get upset when soldiers express their concerns. It's one of those "ibuprofen and physical therapy fixes it all" type of clinic.

This is the worst TMC the Army has to offer, everyone here is always rude, ignores Soldiers, and treats patients as an annoyance. In addition, communicating with this clinic is like doing night land-nav without a map or nods while it’s raining. This clinic makes no effort to ease communication and will never answer the phone. I’ve lost count of how many times I had to sign in here just to ask a simple question that could have been answered with a phone call or FAQ sheet, but neither is available. 0/10 would not recommend.

The post commander or someone important needs to look at these reviews. The employees here are rude and need to be held accountable. I called the hotline number to schedule an appointment, and was told it would be at “Martin army.” When I arrived at MA they told me it was at “harmony church tmc.” When I arrived at harmony church I was told it was at “sledgehammer.” The lady at Harmony church called sledgehammer and told them about the mix up; but sledgehammer tmc still put me in as a “no show.” It didn’t matter I had to wait two months to make this appointment. The white lady at the desk was very rude. Please if you don’t like your job, quit.

The guy that works the front desk is the most disgruntled uncourteous person I’ve ever met!

The two women I encountered at the front desk were extremely rude and unhelpful. I walked in, didn’t need an appointment, I simply went in person to ask a question, after being on hold for over 1.5 hours this morning. I was snapped at and told to scan my ID and take a seat, completely cut off mid-sentence. I understand that clinics can get very busy but if your job is to work in a customer service, customer facing capacity, then try to have a remotely decent attitude. If you dislike your job that much then I suggest finding another. Terrible experience.

This is not a 3-star review. I used the third star as the neutral because I’m conflicted. Every time I go in, I get the best treatment from the staff and it’s always easy to get things done. On the other end, when I call, I get put on hold and that wait time vary from 10-30 minutes. But then when you finally talk to someone, you get all the attention you need and they work with you. If only they fix the phone wait time? I’m not complaining too much though, I’m in Ft Benning, the greatest post ever. Fair service here is better than the greatest service you get at The Great Place.
