I had a wonderful visit in B Wing today. Christine at the front office was helpful and kind. We were blessed to meet sweet Bailey. She went above and beyond to help me create a beautiful, loving gift for my cousin. Thank you for taking care of my girl.

I’m writing a five star review for a wing staffing. The nurses are phenomenal with their care as well as the CNA‘s. Thank you for all that you do and take care of our loved ones. God bless all at Slate Valley 🙏🦋💞

A very good family friend was admitted for rehabilitation at this facility and the staff has been amazing and supportive to her , as she continues her recovery . We couldn’t ask for a more caring and knowledgable staff . It truly is a blessing to have them helping in the recovery process . Highly recommend them.

The wonderful care I have received and friends that I have made Food another story but most of all need more workers to take of there shoulders for the breath sides that they have and keep the better ones less tension that's expected of them as I found this is a place to go when need care Thank you

Awing nurse team is amazing aides work so hard for the residents and put a smile on their faces, they always go above and beyond for them and the rooms are always cleaned with care from housekeeping staff, thank you Slate Valley A wing and teams K> Bain

B wing at slate valley is an amazing. They work hard to provide nothing but the best care for their residents

A decent facility. Friendly staff, when they have the staff. Food could be better.

This is the worst place I have ever. Came here for rehab about a year ago didn't get much rehab they stopped doing everything tried to get a heart doctor appointment they refused to do that they stuck me over in the residential place because they just want bodies do not send any of your loved ones here it's worst place ever. Some of the staff are so rude and neglectful and they keep them the state has been called I don't know how many, this place should be shut down I will do all to get the word out about this place and how abus it is. e this place sucks.
