Visiting our daughter's family in the Denver area, my wife fell and broke both of her arms in July of 2023. One will heal on it's own while the left arm required titanium plates & screws. After surgery and a 2 day stay in the hospital room, we were transferred to the Sky Ridge Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation Center. This was a God send as a 14+ hour drive to our home was out of the question upon being released from the hospital and staying at our daughter's house would have required medical equipment being brought in. From the manager, to the nurses on all shifts, to all the OT and PT therapists, to the cleaning personal who helped care for my wife, we are forever indebted to you. The therapy and training began her road to recovery and made our drive home after 10 days go better than expected. Everyone we came in contact with was pleasant and so helpful and had her best interests in mind under the circumstances. Our experience was top notch and would recommend to others. We both have memories that will last the rest of our lifetimes. See attached pictures showing this new facility that opened just weeks before our arrival. Very nice although a few minor issues are still being worked out in this remodeled area of the hospital. And, we were pleased with the selection and quality of food that was served (last picture shows dining area). August, 2023

The physical therapists are knowledgable, and take their time with you. They don't treat two patients at the same time, and spend an entire 45 minutes with you. This is rare since most clinics tend to co-treat, and you usually don't get the allotted time with the therapist.

I give them 3 stars and will break down my review: Bad: - They never answer the phone - They don't return voicemails - When you finally speak to them they don't have appointments for weeks (and weeks) - They billed my insurance $725 for each 30 minute PT session. If you are unaware, while you don't pay this amount, your insurance does, which raises your employer's costs, which raises your premium costs. - They never sent me a bill and sent me to collections. Good: - The therapist was great and my hip feels better.

I have had years of physical therapy and this is by far the best place I have ever been. I get a full dedicated hour with my PT and she I constantly making small adjustments to target my specific needs as well as staying in contact with my doctor. Kara is phenomenal and I feel like she is truly invested in helping me recover! Also, everyone else there is extremely nice/helpful. It can be hard to get answers right away when you call, but if you leave a message they always call back timely. Be advised that since its attached to a hospital, there is hospital overhead (so if you haven't met your deductible yet, appointments can be pricey). However, the care is absolutely worth the cost and if you have met your deductible there is no reason not to choose here.

I had two times of physical therapy treatments at this place. Before I went into the room for the therapy, I asked the front desk how much I need to pay for copay. The front desk said no need to pay anything because she has checked my insurance and I am fully covered for 10 times a year. After I did two times of the treatments, I learned that Skyridge billed my insurance company over $1000. After my insurance company’s network discount, I need to pay $720. Then I filed complaint on Skyridge website and then their client service team reached out to me and said if I pay $540, then the CFO can waive $180. So in a conclusion, they wanted me to pay $540 for two physical therapy treatments. That’s about $270 per time. In Colorado the average physical therapy treatment is $75 per time. This Skyridge Sports and Medicine center is really bad. They will not apologize for what they have done. I will not go there anymore. Doing business without ethics is not acceptable.

My experience happened about 11 years ago. I had an epiphany late last night that I cannot get out of my head. I know the exact moment in my life that I "gave up" on myself. I was in PT after I broke my femur and a man was running on a treadmill across the room from me. I was looking at him and what he was doing longingly when my therapist walked up and told me that I should get that out of my head cause that part of my life was over. I believed him when I should have told him off and left. Now it is too late. Thanks.

I have had nothing but a great experience with everyone from the front desk staff to my PT Michelle. Couldn't ask for anything more
