Everyone I interacted with at Simon’s PT has been wonderful, kind, knowledgeable, and sincerely wanting to help. I only had 2 weeks of health insurance by the time I had my first appointment, and Amanda, Nick, and Greg were very supportive in helping to give me as much information and as many tools as possible in such a short time. This practice is far more knowledgeable about hypermobility and EDS than the previous PT I tried, and I’m very grateful for all I learned and the help I received here. I hope to be back once I’m insured again to continue learning and getting stronger.

Sarah B is the best pelvic floor physical therapist! After years of suffering with symptoms (and trying other PTs) I finally found relief. I started to feel better after just a few sessions and I'm still feeling great! Highly recommend!!

Simons PT is an exceptional and unique medical experience. The therapists I saw, Sarah and Liz, took plenty of time to listen to my needs and equally explain their plan for the day and for the long term. Instantly I was comfortable in their hands. I arrived to one particular appointment with high anxiety (for a non related experience) and Liz was able to turn stress into a placid sea of love and calmness. She understood my dilemma and knew how to make a difference. Gentle, patient and thoughtful. From a business point of view, Simons PT is aggressive at maintaining a waiting list to assist the waiting patient in getting an earlier appointment.

Hi Stacy, I wanted to tell you that you have a fantastic clinic! I was at another PT clinic prior to coming to you guys and they put me into an RA flare. Your clinicians listened every time to me and how I was feeling. They all adapted the treatments to what works for ME!! All are super understanding and empathetic in addition to talented in PT. Also, the front office staff is excellent! I have been to a lot of places who say they will put you on a cancellation list. They never call. Your staff called and wanted to help make me appointments when I wasn't on the schedule. I really had a great experience with your staff and wanted you to know how wonderful all of them are! Thanks so much to all of them!!

5 minutes saved me over an hour of drama!!! In this 'new normal' of hmm... less than enthusiastic medical staff, Shawn at Simons Physical Therapy broke the mold!!! They were GREAT!! They called me ahead of time to inform me that my insurance would NOT cover their services. My Fantastic PCP referred me to Matt specifically. Of course it was disappointing news, BUT: Shawn called me, was quite friendly; I didn't have to be on hold with a robot with my insurance, then spend 1/2 hour waiting for an answer; I didn't need to wait on AI for 1/2 hr to schedule transportation, then have to call AI back just to cancel the trip. 5 minutes with Shawn saved me 1 1/2 hours of nerve rattling 'fabulous new technology' ! It was handled "Marcus Welby Style"! I was also told the self-pay price, so I can wrangle my budget! Thank you Simons Physical Therapy!

I had my consultation last week and first therapy session today and am very impressed by my pelvic floor PT, Sarah. She is kind, knowledgeable and compassionate. She makes you feel informed and comfortable in a position that could otherwise be awkward and embarrassing. Sarah takes the time to understand the patient's individual ailments and comes up with a unique treatment plan. Would highly recommend Sarah to anyone experiencing pelvic floor symptoms. I will update this review as the PT process continues, but so far I am very impressed.

Just finished my physical therapy for a total knee replacement. The staff was very professional and caring. Would recommend to anyone needing physical therapy.

Stacey and her team are top notch! I own a gym that does a lot of rehab and we work with a number of Physical Therapy offices near us. It's very rare to find a place that dedicates a lot of time and one-on-one attention to their patients the way that Simons does. Their hands-on approach is very unique for this field. These guys truly put the patient above the profit. Highly recommended!
