The therapists are great! Very helpful and attentive to what your needs are. Sophia is extremely knowledgeable with scheduling and very pleasant to deal with. The whole staff makes therapy "fun", they make it enjoyable even though it's therapy.

I have been going to Simi Physical Therapy Center for nearly 6 months now and am seeing great results from the weekly sessions that are addressing my severed rotator cuff muscles injury and resulting surgery. They have crafted a routine that addresses my specific injury and add to it to help challenge me to regain my strength and mobility. This will be my last set of sessions and I feel fully prepared to re-enter my regular life but fully aware that I won't be completely healed for another 6 months. The reattachment process is a slow one but they've helped me find the way.

My husband had surgery in 2013. we received a bill for $6,100 which we paid in 7 payments. I have all the check #'s written done with date they were cashed. On Friday Sept. 2018 a check was cashed by Jonah Tan for $1,000 from August 2014. I have called our old ins who spoke with their billing. i also have spoke with their billing dep 3 times. She said "she is very confused and doesn't know where the Dr. got the check and why he cashed it". Okay I sent her all the dates and check #'s. Why would he cash a check from 4 years ago???? and not check if there was a balance on the account? I am very upset I am now going on 5 hours spending on this with calls to insurance, bank, billing department. Instead of refunding me my money I have to go through all this hassle and file a dispute with my bank. BTW you cannot cash a check after 6 months (so they say).
