Medical Assistant Kia performs an excellent level of professionalism, which I have not seen in a while. Dr. Paulian displayed an exquisite level of medical knowledge regarding my medical issues and diagnosis. I drive one and a half hour(s) for my visit because Simed treats me like family.

OMG, PLEASE BE PATIENT WITH FRONT END STAFF, THEY ARE SO BUSY!! But if you are in pain, the BEST MAN TO SEE IS DR. PAULIAN!!! Where to start...let me say that I should not have waited so long to leave the UF HEALTH SYSTEM for Pain Management, theirs is a flipping joke! I spent 9 months in debilitating abdominal and foot pain (Almost bedridden!) and their answer was to send me to an anesthesiologist? OH HECK NO! From my first visit, I knew I was in the right place! Dr. Paulian takes his time with EVERY PATIENT, so keep yourself together and know that if he's running a little late, he is not going to rush you in and out like most others will. You are getting full value and return on your time and insurance investment! Options! Yes, that is what he offers! For me, I must choose not to take any opiates or narcotics because I have a damaged heart. Of the multiple options I was given I chose gabapentin and BATTLEFIELD ACUPUNCTURE, along with referrals to colleague Dr. Harris for abdominal specific treatment, referral to SIMED FOOT/ANKLE CLINIC, and PHYSICAL THERAPY as I could handle. I had relief in a week and complete relief within weeks. Obviously results can vary, but I truly believe that Dr. Paulian will work WITH YOU, to get your best result too!
