After 4 months of PT, I feel so much better. My quality of life has improved from chronic pain to mild do-able can do this confidence. Wonderful staff! Katie is amazing and caring. Thankful for Silver Creek.

I had most of my sessions with Josephine and several with Katie as well. I feel very lucky because both of them were excellent. I've been seeing multiple PT facilities and the thing I appreciate the most is how hands on their approach is here. In all my sessions with Josephine and Kate they would spend the majority of the time with hands on therapeutics -- massaging, stretching, kneading muscles and tendons. I found this incredibly valuable in my recovery from a serious Achilles surgery. In contrast, other facilities I went to often spent time talking and supervising PT exercises without getting their hands dirty and doing the hard hands on PT work. Ozzy was my main PT aid and I think he's also the best one there. He's passionate about his work, kind, and sociably keeps the place fun and light hearted. I looked forward to going to PT sessions here and I think that says something.

Phillip Dobashi was my key physical therapist who effectively guided and guided me to achieve 70-80% recovery within three & a half months (after my 2nd rotator cuff surgery) via weekly visits. He provided professional and very passionate care all along including how to maximize my insurance coverage to ensure I get sufficient mobility and strength. His own past injuries, extensive experience & knowledge and highly skilled in treatment approaches enable him to be a valuable engaging PT provider. I highly recommend him.

Have been going here for my shoulder and it’s been a great experience. Everyone is helpful and attentive. Hopefully I won’t need physical therapy again, but if I do I know I’ll come back here!

By my sheer luck I had to 2 injuries last year: MCL grade 2 due to skiing and tennis elbow due to some backyard work (as I was still going through the PT for the MCL at Silver Creek). So I ended up spending some quality months here with Phil and Jennifer-Quynh Chi (as my therapists), and the youthful assistant staff: Wenju, Tim, Brian. While I certainly didn't like my injuries, I did enjoy the experiences there and am grateful to the SilverCreek team to help me recover with their professionalism and knowledge. Phil also gave me some tips to recover from muscle pains and to reduce injury risks in the future. I was able to discharge after 10 sessions for each injury and learnt some life-long lessons from Phil. Also shoutout to Catherine and Sheila at the front desk who makes handling appointments a breeze. They do get busy sometimes, so it is better to book the sessions several weeks in advanced. Otherwise, avoid injuries but if they find you, I would strongly recommend SilverCreek!

After waiting three weeks for my appointment, and even after confirming this morning, Silver Creek canceled my appointment for tomorrow because they realized they are not in network with my insurance. This is despite me confirming with them on two occasions that they accept my insurance. This is ridiculous, they made a mistake that caused me harm and the best they could offer was for me to pay out of pocket.

My right shoulder suffered from hitting a heavy bag too hard in a boxing session and was here for a few months. My overall experience was extremely positive. The front desk people are nice, the physical therapists are knowledgeable, and the technicians are polite. I really enjoyed talking to David and I will be back if I have another injury.
