Silver Creek Physical Therapy

I really appreciate the great knowledge, skill and efficient customer service provided by Victor and the physical therapy team at Silver Creek Milpitas. Facilities are very clean and well maintained. Best of all, they are very patient and thorough in explaining the various exercises. Each time I visit, I learn new stretches and continue to feel better. Keep up great work!

Best physical therapy place...Victor is my main guy he is knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate. I Love that they work as a team and everyone is a team players. You don't often see a place were everyone looks like they enjoy there job, but that's the feeling you get here. I've been blessed to work with almost all of them and can't tell you who my favorite is because I love them all.

Shady Practices. Terrible terrible terrible experience. I want to share my frustrating experience with this service in hopes of warning potential customers. Before my first session, I clearly asked about deductibles and out-of-pocket expenses. After waiting in their office, I was informed that I only needed to pay $50 for one session, which I promptly paid then and there in the office. However, I later received multiple mails stating I owed them $250. When I reached out, they admitted to incorrectly charging me and promised to investigate and remove the charge. Fast forward a year, and I receive a notice from a debt collector for that same $250. I had one session, which did not provide any physical relief, and now I'm dealing with the stress of debt collector communications. This experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I urge others to be cautious when considering this service.

I am (Kannan N) taking the service from Silver creek physical therapy (SCPT) since Feb 2024. Kaitlyn Kennedy is my therapist. SCPT provides first 30 minutes with the main therapist and remaining exercise is aided by assistant therapists. This structure is a big pro. I clearly know when I get the time with the therapist and when I can ask questions. I have been with other PTs where the main therapist comes at random time and spending only few minutes. I wasn't asked for google review even once during my whole time there. I think that is exceptionally professional. I have been diagnosed for stenosis in my upper and lower back. Kaitlyn Kennedy is professional and friendly at the same time. As my nerves are pinching due to my condition, I had the need to do my exercise precisely. During the first 30 minutes, she evaluates, explains the purpose of the exercise and answer any of my questions. e.g., I get enough time to clarify with her if I am doing a exercise correct or if I have difficulty. She will explain what I can do to make the exercise with more ease. She also provided suggestion to prevent nerve pinching when I am sleeping. She was practical about the no. of exercises. When she adds one, she removes another. Provides the most important exercises and regularly updates them in the portal for my reference. The gradual progression ensured my nerves are not getting pinched.

I started pelvic floor physical therapy at Silver Creek after birth of my son in in July 2022. They really helped my recovery by listening my needs, assigning reachable goals, adjust my exercise program based on my progress. When I graduate in Aug 2023, not only my pelvic floor issues are recovered, I also have much better posture, my back pain improved and I felt much stronger. Therapists are all very friendly and they really care about their patients (I mainly worked with Amanda and she is amazing!). Highly recommend!

Therapists are professional and yet provides personal advices. The place is clean and you can observe that training couches, beds and materials are consistently sanitized after each use.
