Silver Creek Physical Therapy in San Jose

I have experienced excellent care at Silver Creek Physical Therapy on San Felipe Rd in San Jose. It is well organized. The staff are very friendly, professional and are highly trained to teach, guide and care for their clients. My experience has helped me so much!!

Very caring staff who try to work without aggravating injuries. It's a very casual experience, sometimes you get passed off at the end of a session to another therapist. Which is not a bad thing, genuinely very nice.

I love Silver Creek PT. It’s a clean and updated facility. Staffs are awesome from the front desk to the back office. Jason is so skillful and on time seeing me all the time. I’m very happy with my process and can’t wait to be here.

This is not my first experience with Silver Creek Physical Therapy. I was very happy with the therapists, with only one exception. My therapist now is Chelsey Claaasen and I think she is outstanding.

This place is great and I highly recommend it. The front desk staff was very helpful when I first called to inquire, and filling out the electronic forms were convenient. They communicated with me via text and email and used the GoMed app to remind me of my exercises. Jason did a thorough evaluation on my first visit, and together with Patrick (physical therapists) answered all my questions regarding my lower back pain and left leg weakness. The exercises Jason had me do were extremely valuable and I feel much better after just 7 sessions. The PT technicians were knowledgeable and very professional. I never felt rushed by them. The facility is well maintained. Check it out and be pleasantly surprised.

I've done PT many times over the years at many different places and Silver Creek outshines them all. They listen to you and actually address your personal issues. They watch to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly. Jason was, by far, the best therapist I've ever worked with.

This is my first PT experience and it is going GREAT! PATRICK has done a wonderful job in getting my shoulder better than ever. My wife had PATRICK help her recover from a wrist injury and I am pleased she recommended him, But I would be remiss not to shoutout CHELSEA for her great work as well. Arranging my appointments was seamless thanks to the receptionist. She worked hard to make sure my schedule met my needs. Oh yea….HECTOR and NICK explain the exercises clearly and help me in completing them properly. SILVER CREEK PT has exceeded my expectations and has helped this old guy recover to become better than ever! THANK YOU!!

Been calling them for a year to schedule my first appt. They have no availability for new patients which seems counter intuitive as you would want to welcome new patients. There is no willingness to accommodate and appts are always over 2 months out - so do we continue to live in pain for that long prior to starting treatment?
