Has always been fantastic and quick when I have to get some issues resolved. Flor and Kim make sure you have a swift check in process and the doctors are very efficient. All in all a great urgent care and is always my go to whenever I have concerns related to my health!

Review for the URGENT CARE: This is the only urgent care I trust in the area. Short wait times, if any. We have been going here for years for everything from Covid testing, Kidney Stone pain relief, and migraines. The care is exceptional and the staff is caring, considerate and careful. I recently went in with an excruciating Migraine, after 12 hours of pure pain I called to see if they could help. I was there in 15 minutes and getting a much needed IV 20 minutes later. They are open late, take insurance, and have an amazing staff. Thank you!

Do not go! Went to see Dr. Eubanks through Zocdoc (listed as in network) for a potential sinus infection, he was out so the office had me see another doctor and it was a simple hour or so visit and they gave me antibiotics and that was it. Fast forward 6 months and I get a notice they are charging me nearly $10,000 for the services that day, which is utterly absurd for a simple consultation. Plus, the next time I went there their cross eyed X-ray tech infiltrated my vein.

I mean, talk about a top notch urgent care. First, they're open late. I sliced the ball of my foot open pretty badly one evening while skateboarding with no shoes on down on the boardwalk, and by the time I was looking for an urgent care it was 8:30pm. Everywhere else was closed so my buddy dropped me off here. Thank goodness everywhere else was closed because I couldn't have gotten better care than I got here. Let me break it down: All the nurses were great. My cut was pretty bad and they all did a great job of keeping my spirits up. Alex, Emily, Carla, Kat, and Sonia we're all tip top. A big thanks to all of them. But the best part of my visit was of course Dr. Jay. I needed 20 stitches on the ball of my foot. I almost tore my big toe off. So this wasn't a job for some geek off the street. The Dr. had to be handy with his stitches, to earn his keep, you know what I mean? Well Dr. Jay did what every dr. who has since looked at this said was the best stitch job they had ever seen. And it had to be. The slice was in such an awkward place that it needed an expert to put it back together. And put it back together he did. I was in there for a couple hours, keeping all of them at work much later than they had expected to be there, but nobody complained. In fact we all had a pretty good time. I asked one of the nurses to video tape the stitching for me on my phone for posterity sake, and she did. Dr. Jay did an amazing job. If you think you need stitches and you're looking for an urgent care, call them up and see if Dr. Jay is in. He's the best you can find for stitches. I'm 3 weeks out from my stitches. I just got them out the other day. Being the slice was in such a bad place, and that I had to continue to work 8 hour shifts on my feet starting 4 days after the accident, it's amazing that it healed the way it did. I had to have a dr. put a little glue in the little spot that was still open when I got the stitches out, but considering where the cut was and that I didn't stay off my foot following the procedure, it turned out really well. I'm so gratefull for Dr. Jay and all the ladies who helped me when I was there. Oh, when I came back the following day to have the bandage changed there was another nurse/dr. there, named Debbie. Wow. Although she missed the main event the night before, she jumped right in and helped out with her banter and good will towards man. I fell in love with her immediately and if lived in LA I'd have asked her out right then and there. She's probably married with kids, but hey, you gotta play to win. To sum up: 5 star experience here. Thank you again to everyone who helped fix me up after a horrible accident that had me thinking I might lose some toes. You all are the best!!

Terrible experience with this horrible medical center. They gave me the run around for over a month about a procedure they had scheduled to do on me for severe occipital nerve pain in neck. The reasons were they ran out of proper needles then it was an insurance issue and then it was doctor Yoursefi was no longer available and then refusal to take my calls. They are a very shady unreliable and unprofessional , money hungry medical center that I would never recommend in a hundred years.

The worst urgent I’ve ever been to by far! The nurse practitioner was completely incompetent and Barely took any time to do an assessment and then prescribed the wrong medication that was actually contraindicated. This place is dangerous.

Left a positive review on Zocdoc right after the appointment, but unfortunately getting meds was unnecessarily difficult. That part is ok, life happens, but I was made by the front office to feel as if they were doing a favor for me by reordering the prescription that my pharmacist determined invalid. I was given attitude and was being nice about the issues and MAJOR inconveniences (they forgot to order the 2nd prescription after all of this), and that was disappointing. Wish I never came here. Rude front lady with major anxious energy. Update: Called the number that was associated with my appointment with Dr. Arash Yousefi in effort to make contact with the office. Immediately gave me an attitude by saying that this wasn’t the medical center and hung up. I thought I had the wrong number but realized I didn’t, and called back and he continued to ignore me. Despicable behavior for a medical professional. He also had the appointment in Zocdoc listed as “Ketamine treatment” meanwhile nothing about this facility does ketamine therapy. Waste of time given that I drove an hour to get there. Shame on you Dr. Yousefi.

I love this place. Very nice staff. The doctor is always attentive and helpful with all my needs. I’ve been here 5 times and had a great experience every time. I get covid and flu tests as well as an immunity iv and always feel better after
