SIH Outpatient Rehabilitation Murphysboro

Had a couple of really good therapists. But then I took a friend to a surgery last Wednesday and missed my appointment for evaluation. The person I spoke to on the phone who called me was very short with me. I apologized for missing the appointment. He asked if we could end the treatment and I said that was fine. Then I tried to call him back to apologize again for missing the appointment, but kept getting the runaround. I kept getting told he was too busy with patients. But he never called me back. He obviously didn't want to talk to me. I felt that was quite rude and had not run into that kind of behavior in any hospital or other rehab before. I would not recommend to anyone to get treatment there. Very saddened by this.
