Signature Physical Therapy

The best physical therapy location in San Clemente. The staffs are friendly and the therapists are knowledgeable and professional. They really try their best to help you get better. I have been using this facility for a few years now. I have seen them for common back problem, bad posture, injury from workout and routine checkup. I cannot recommend them enough.

Let me start off by saying that when I first started at Signature, I was in such tremendous pain that I was told by several doctors that I could only resolve it with spinal surgery. I was frankly just looking for a little relief until I decided which doctor would perform my surgery when I agreed to PT. I'm so glad that I was pointed in the direction of Signature by my father and several good friends! I'm about seven months into physical therapy and almost 100% recovered. It has been a very long road, but they warned me up front it could take up to a year. And, there were times I seriously doubted the advice not to have surgery, but I am incredibly grateful for their counsel and work which helped me avoid invasive spinal surgery at 49! This past week one of the last issues I've been dealing with turned a very big corner and I can see the finish line - a time when my back will be healthier than its been in years and I can get back to normal life! Thank you, thank you, thank you Karrisa, Nicole and crew for being the best!!

Staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable. I prefer hands on manual release therapy over stem machines and they are awesome at that!
