I have a brother who is there now going on two weeks, my family and I had him transferred from another facility to be closer to home, I'm thinking it was a bad move on our part. He's unable to care for himself and is bed ridding. He's not had a bath yet as of today. I'm not happy so far with this place. He likes the people and staff, and he says the food is much better. I've talked until I'm blue in the face about the bathing schedule, but to no avail. I do hope it gets better. This is getting out of hand quick. I will pay extra if need be or hire someone to come and make sure he gets a shower and I have offered that. But he's still not getting his shower.

Very caring and loving staff. My mother absolutely loves living here. Great memory care. Residents stay mentally and physically active. Very clean whenever I come. Can't say enough good things. But, love seeing my mom smiling all the time..💙💙

A building full of living and caring people that are ready to take care of your loved ones! Nothing but positive things to say about this building.

I’d like to share my mother-in-laws success story. She had fractured her femur which required a steel rod being put in surgically. She went to Signature for rehab. She was there for 29 days. She went home to her assisted living today (day 30). Since being home she has already been walking back and forth from her living room to her bedroom and to the bathroom. She’s using a walker and has assistance (of course), but the fact that she is walking so well is a testament to how incredible the Physical Therapy Department is. Every single one of them went above and beyond to get my mother-in-law at a point where she was able to go home. I can’t brag on them enough. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Erica, Jennifer, Ken, Marg and Sue (and any others that I may not know). I’d also like to give a shout out to the Administrator Ben and Director of Nursing Cathy, every time we had issues, they did their very best to address them and correct them. My mother-in-law loved the food too. We ate with her quite a few times and enjoyed it very much. The kitchen ladies (especially Wanda) were always so great to stop what they were doing to get us coffee and anything else we needed. My mother-in-law also enjoyed Bingo and Ball Toss with Tina and Donna. She made a lot of new friends at the activities. Thank you to all of the CNAs and Nurses that cared for for my mother-in-law. It takes a special kind of person to do what y’all do and the tenderness you showed her will never be forgotten.

A little less than a year ago Mr Doyle Love was Administrator here. At that time I could not recommend this place. My husband was not kept clean. He had dead skin flaking off all over his body as well as cradle cap. He is nearly bald leaving no excuse. It took me well over a year to meet his doctor. When brought to Mr Love's attention my concerns were brushed off. I am happy to know the lnterning Administrator at that time (Mr Ben Landy)has been given Mr Love's position. While interning the new Administator showed my husband and l concern, compassion, and caring. When we were facing difficult times, Mr Landy took time to pray with us. I am sure the residents here are now in capable hands.

Very understaffed and when you call to talk to a loved one you sit on hold until they decide to put you through to the room. Could be better if each room and bed had its own number!!! Also when people have an accident in the bed they have to wait a long time before it gets cleaned to get back in.
