Signature Heathcare of Ridgely is a very pleasant place to work, all of the staff here is friendly and welcoming! The residents are happy and given amazing hands on care and compassion. Snacks and refreshments are offered frequently and there is a spacious outdoor patio with beautiful scenery to socialize and enjoy. This facility offers a family oriented atmosphere, I would recommend this nursing and rehab facility to any of my loved ones❤️

The staff is wonderful and they work so hard for the residents there. Everyone is treated like family. I especially appreciate Kayla and her diligence in helping with TennCare.

The care I received from Signature Healthcare and Rehabilitation is one of the best I have received. As soon as I arrived their medical personnel went to work right away. I was then treated to a shower. Though I didn’t know I was throwing them off their regular schedule it was done with much care and kindness. I had just left a rehab center in another town where this level of care and concern was not shown. After being evaluated I started therapy the next day. These girls were very concerned about getting me in shape to go home. I was probably tired but I found them to be a little zealous. They were not being hard on me they were just trying to help me and help me they did. When I left the other rehab center I was not strong enough to stand or walk. The physical therapy, occupational and speech therapy are wonderful. It may seem unusual for a person who had back surgery to need speech therapy but she taught me so much on how to use my phone effectively in my everyday life. My new I phone was so hard for me but she taught me how to use it. The physical therapy began a pretty intense program for me. I am still not able to walk by myself but if I could have come here first I think I would be walking better. Thank you for working so hard to get me home. Some of the people you have working for you behind the scenes are unbelievable. I truly grew to love most of my CNAs. They did things for me that only my mom had done. The kitchen staff, the cleaning staff others that I don’t know what kind of staff they are in but each and every one was just as kind and considerate as the others I hope you haven’t stopped reading and that you get the message loud and clear. I would give them a six I highly recommend each and everyone who work there.I pray God’s blessings upon them. Judy Mayo.

This facility was wonderful to Mother. She was only there a short while before she passed away with Alzheimer’s. The staff treated Mother just like their own. Her room was always nice and clean. The facility was nice itself as well. Anytime I had a question or concern, I had a prompt response. This wasn’t a nursing home to me, it was Mother’s home. I highly recommend.

My father was a patient here for less than a year. In that time he had several UTI'S and him having dementia, it made it worse. If he acted out they would send him out for a psych eval only to find he had another UTI. He was let fall 4 or 5 times in one week, had his hand ran over by another patient in wander into another patients room in the middle of the night and get choked. Place appears to be understaffed and they don't want to deal with problem patients. Therefore the kick them out and the get sent elsewhere .

My husband of 40 years stayed a few months in 2016 after a massive heart attack & stroke. He'd been in 4 other nursing homes in the Memphis area for PT rehab along with several hospitalizations over a preceding 14 month period. One was so bad I actually had to call the police to get him out. By comparison; Ridgely is better than anything I've seen. Its not the cleanest, or most luxuriously appointed. But the staff are WONDERFUL. The P.T. people were absolutely committed to getting him on his feet. Their praise & applause when he achieved goals brought tears to my eyes. The kindness, patience & compassion shown by over 90% of the folks (there's always the few who are obviously clocking in for a paycheck everywhere, right?) was amazing. They treated my husband like he was family. I could go there anytime, which made me feel like they weren't hiding anything. The doctor LISTENS to the nurses, which is great (and unusual). People ARENT getting doped up like zombies to keep them quiet, which I perceived in some other facilities, sadly. The Dyersburg hospital is similarly outstanding when an emergency arises requiring transport. A few bumps in the road now & then, but the Ridgely management staff is responsive & things got worked out. We moved away; but if I had to do it again I would use this home without hesitation. As close to home as you can get in this category of care. Good choice.
