The sign up process is a huge hurdle and if you miss something, no one from the office will tell you, you simply won’t get a call back until you ask why you haven’t been seen. “Oh you missed a signature” Only to finish the paperwork and be told you have an appointment for your son, for them to call back THE SAME DAY, to say the spot has been taken by someone else and they have NOTHING ELSE AVAILABLE. There are kids and people struggling to find support in this town and this place continues that struggle. Do not recommend.

Awful experience: After submitting the required paperwork and being told it would be processed the next day, it took over a week before I heard anything back from them. Then I finally scheduled an initial session with a seemingly less-than-enthusiastic therapist. On the day we were supposed to have our first telehealth session, I never heard anything from her. When I was finally resigned to another therapist, I quit after a month because I was only feeling worse. And after I quit, I didn't hear anything from the therapist or the center. NOTHING. Clearly they do not care about their patients.

Told me I was to much trouble to treat becouse I have bipolar disorder. They dont deserve to be open if they cant do there job
