I cannot express enough how beneficial my experience with Kiley has been. Personally she has been a safe and supportive space offering a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience. She truly is a unique provider in the area of pelvic physical therapy. I felt safe, comfortable, supported, and cared for during my visits with her. As a professional, I am beyond comfortable referring all of my clients to Kiley knowing that my clients will be extremely well cared for and respectfully treated. She is trauma informed, which is an absolute must in the referrals l provide. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is THE choice for pelvic physical therapy in Reno.

I’ve gone to both Dr. Kiley and Dr. Kevin for pelvic and knee pain respectively, and they have been so compassionate and instrumental to my recovery! They both are awesome at what they do and care so much about their patients and overall practice.

I wish I could give more stars to express how incredible Sierra Orthopaedic Physical Therapy is! Kiley and Kevin are welcoming and knowledgeable in many avenues of physical therapy. It's obvious how passionate they both are to help others. I saw Kiley throughout my pregnancy and postpartum for pelvic floor therapy. The pelvic PT I received positively impacted my physical and mental preparedness of birth and my path to recovering postpartum. Kiley is very compassionate and will make you feel at ease when discussing pelvic PT.

Wow, words cannot give justice to what Kiley and the entire team at SOPT has done for me and my quality of life. I've gone to Kiley for pelvic floor physical therapy for two separate purposes. I first went to Kiley after the birth of my son due to discomfort and worries of a prolapse. I was welcomed with open arms and she made me feel heard, validated, and held while giving me the tools necessary to move forward. The delicate immediate postpartum weeks and months are already hard enough to navigate, and Kiley not only understood that - but took action to give truly individualized care and guidance. Towards the end of my postpartum treatment, Kiley was pregnant herself and went on maternity leave, so I continued at SOPT with Megan - who mirrors Kiley's level of care with her own flare. I was worried at first that switching providers would be difficult due to previous trauma - but nope! Both Kiley and Megan are fantastic pelvic floor physical therapists who are knowledgeable, caring, trauma-informed, and work seamlessly together. As I find myself back in Kiley's care for concerns of potential endometriosis and the slurry of symptoms that accompany it - I am yet again met with validation, kindness, and sincerity. The care I've received from Kiley the last few months has again drastically enhanced my quality of life both physically, mentally, and spiritually. I went from being absolutely terrified for when my next period would begin to feeling empowered, knowledgeable, and having more control of my symptoms. I can't recommend Kiley and Megan enough, I'd scream it from the rooftops if that was appropriate. If you have any inclination that pelvic floor physical therapy could be beneficial for you - reach out to Sierra Orthopaedic Physical Therapy, immediately. See for yourself what these two can do for your quality of life.

If you haven't ever heard of pelvic PT, and are looking for places to go after getting referred, definitely come see Kiley or Megan! Reno has a very small group of true specialists in this field, and I feel beyond lucky to have gotten in at Sierra Ortho. I have seen Kiley on two separate treatment plans, given to me by two separate doctors. It was incredible to see how she is so flexible in curating care to your specific needs, especially after being sent in with two very different problems. It is incredible to find a PT who treats YOU for YOUR problems, and does not give the textbook care for a textbook problem to all her patients. She always provides a full hour of one on one care, that shifts as your problems change. Kiley is also extremely caring for her patients and will go the extra mile to make sure you get the care you need. I was 19 when I started care here, and it was obviously very scary and daunting to me being so young. Kiley spent almost a full hour verbally walking me through the process, benefits, and options for care. She takes the first few appointments to get you totally comfortable with the process, and in no time it becomes totally easy. I can't thank her enough for how much she has done to alleviate my day to day IC pain, teaching me new ways to help my pain at home, and making sure I get the care I need.

I cannot say enough good things about Kiley! She has helped me tremendously with pelvic floor pain during the end of my pregnancy. I started seeing her around 33 weeks gestation and wish I would have seen her sooner. Something as simple as getting out of the car or turning over in bed was agonizing. After only two visits, my pain improved by more than 75%. She is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about her job. Pelvic issues are not usually very easy to talk about for women but she is so easy to talk to and is very professional. She has helped me to prepare for my first childbirth not only physically but also mentally by taking time to talk through my questions and concerns. I am now almost 39 weeks and am so much more confident about this whole birthing process. She truly is heaven sent!

Kiley is fantastic. I am extremely impressed with her knowledge. Not only did she help prepare my body for labor, but when asked, she passed along personal advice that was appreciated and used. She made every session comfortable. She genuinely loves and cares about her job and clients, and it shows. I can't recommend her enough.

Dr kiley and her team- specifically bri who you get when you call - are absolutely incredible I was very very very hesitant to go to a pelvic floor therapist the whole idea of it was uncomfortable for me, but I wish I had gone sooner. It seemed like it would be awkward or odd, or just a nice to have not a must have, and boy was I wrong. Not only is this the most pleasant “Dr. “experience I’ve ever had, but if I could say the number one thing that I would do and pay anything for at this point after having one kid and almost having my second, it would be the value in the services that Dr. Kylie provides. 1000% professional but on top of it they go above and beyond to be so kind and make sure it is an experience in which you feel seen, heard, in control, safe, comfortable, etc etc. Dr kileys demeanor is the kind of person i would love to have in my corner for everything life throws. Calm, so knowledgeable, and frankly makes me feel like i can do anything. I feel so lucky and thankful that i got referred to this office for post partum and prenatal care. The office is very clean and comfortable tucked away in a large office building and with plenty of parking.
