The front desk employees were very friendly and helpful. Molly Mclean and her nurse are awesome. They listened and addressed all my questions and concerns. All around best experience in a few years at this clinic.

The phone number doesn’t work, it rings and then gives you this god awful airplane take off sounds instead of being connected to a nurse about results I was supposed to have 3 days ago

My experience was very positive; prompt care with the nurse practitioner and ancillary departments. Veronica, the phlebotomist was so gentle and accurate that I hardly felt the needle. Gayla and Cheryl worked together to help me get the resources to pay for meds I need. Thanks, Valley Wide!

Had to drop down to 1 star. Been off my meds for anxiety and depression for a week because they won't call in my prescription. Most inefficient place I've ever been. Any issues you have they will quickly blame on things like weight (apparently weight is the root of all evil, and loosing weight will make all mental illness go away, headaches will magically stop, dry cracked will heal its self and I'm betting of they could get away with it, they would claim that your finger wouldnt have got smashed because if you were just skinny enough you would have been able to pull it away quick enough. Apparently skinny people have been lying to me all my life and these issues do not plauge them) I'm not saying such issues as things like weight, drinking (I don't do), smoking (and I don't do) can't have an effect on health issues, but automatically placing them as the cause when they clearly have never been the cause is simply a way for them to half way do their their job and pull as many patients in and out as possible. I do not recommend this place at all.

"we will have your X-ray results available in 24 hours, and will give you a call" A week later, i've called and called, been put on hold, told to call another number, over. And over. And over. Absolutely awful service. I could probably get a new X-ray and results just in the time i've been on hold with this awful hospital.

ER is not acceptable care. Very poor excluding a few that are their for right reasons--the patients and not just a paycheck. The ER has the reputation, "If you want to die, go to the SLV Medal Care Center, guaranteed to happen." A lot of locals will travel to Del Norte or to Pueblo. Keep getting told they are trying to change perception. 10 years later, same quality. Very poor.
