At 12 Bokum Road, there are TWO separate businesses: (1) an Orthopedic practice with several ortho docs and (2) a Sports Medicine / Physical Therapy center. I first went to Dr. White for an evaluation. (I had been in a bike crash and separated my shoulder). His evaluation was spot on and he recommended physical therapy asap which I am glad I went and did even though the ER docs said I wouldn't be able to. My PT was Craig and the work he did with me gave me rapid results - he TOTALLY knows what he is doing and it made a HUGE difference. My shoulder went from 10% functionality to 95% functionality in 4-5 weeks. I totally recommend both!

Absolutely awful at returning calls left by machine. Tried to make an appointment and couldn't make anything for Fridays, even though they're listed as available. Couldn't even go because of people never returning calls and doctors not being there. At this point I wouldn't even go if they did get back to me now - been ignored for too long.
