This place is the worst place to go to. My clothes were never changed on time and also they would never shower me on time. I went to the Shirley Ryan in Buridge and they are just as bad as the company and also the main one in downtown as well. They made me 3 prosthetic legs and none of them fit they gave me a leg that is made for an 80-year-old man. They also used to put me on the treadmill for one hour while they were filling out information about the patient they had before me. The therapists are just as lazy as their boss is. This place is the worst place to send someone for therapy and also my muscles are still weak from Shirley Ryan. Never go here unless you want to waste your precious time and money ❌💵

I just had an amazing experience here at the Burr Ridge location!! My new physical therapist is Ben!! Ben is very thorough & knows his stuff I am so excited to work with him! I had a really great experience coming into this bright & shiny facility immediately being warmly greeted by Brittany who just was so accommodating, very nice & professional! On the way out I got to meet another cool, kind, & thorough professional by the name of Zach who scheduled my next appointments. Thank you Shirley Ryan AbilityLab for hiring such great professionals!

Therapists are amazing, so talented, so knowledgeable -- no complaints about them. HOWEVER, not sure who does their staffing but it's extremely frustrating that I was initially given 6 appointments, basically 3 weeks worth. When I tried to extend, based on my therapist's recommendation, there was a 3 week break because there were no openings. And then I was only able to do another 6 appointments. How am I supposed to get consistent treatment if we do 3 weeks on, 3 weeks off? Plus i didn't have any schedule limits like others who can only go in at certain timesand had to wait longer. I took the issue up with the manager but she said they were limited because of space. But then don't schedule me if you can't give me the number of sessions I need.

My dad had a stroke and we went there for the first 6 months of his recovery. We started off wheelchair bound with little movement on the left side of his body to being able to walk on his own with a cane for support and some muscle movement in his left shoulder. Unfortunately, our insurance and work situations changed and had to re-locate but boy, do we miss it here. The facility itself has great equipment for their patients to utilize and is a one stop shop for physical, occupational, and speech therapy. They even have a few doctors on-site and a social worker. What really makes this place great though, is the staff. Every morning, I would drop off my dad and they would greet him by name, and everyone else, with a smile. I always felt aware of what my dad's recovery plan was and that they wanted him to recover as much as we do. They would transition with me, at pick up, whenever they could make it happen. They gave me training sessions on how to complete stretches, exercises, and use our EMS device at home. Whenever I had a question or an ask, they would always respond in a timely manner. When you are going through a difficult time, these things really do make a huge difference. Special thanks to our liaison, Maureen, and his main therapists Kaitlyn and Elizabeth. All your hard work shows and is appreciated more than you know.

The best. Megan Mussleman vestibule rehab is excellent. Every one here in burr ridge is helpful.

I’ll talk about myself it’s really really one of the best places out there really good people and they will help you to much they are more than ready to help it was the best place I’ve been in in 2 years I went there I couldn’t walk on my own now thank god and thank them I started on my own

I was referred by my doctor to go see John at the Shirley Ryan he was very rude would not take my insurance told me to go online and to get a brace I would not recommend anybody to go there

The Business Manager needs to be fired, Not nice or helpful, does not represent Shirley Ryan in any kind of professional manner.
