Patient experiences
Dr. B and Dr. Jen are great. They've really helped my husband and I. The building is a small house. It is very clean. The staff are wonderful ladies. Everyone makes you feel comfortable. They have bright smiles. They gladly answer your questions. They have a restroom. Plenty of parking space. I highly recommend them.
Worst pain management I have ever received! Michelle Colon is rude, shes hung up on for no reason twice and told me as a Disabled Veteran to go through my referral process again, when I had to wait an entire year for it all because she lied to me and said she didnt know how to access the VAs Formulary list. They gave me 1 prescription, and one that wasnt approved. I paid for it and got denied for reimbursement. 586.00 down the drain! Never scheduled my injections or ANY other type of management. And when I asked them to call the VA pharmacy at my appointment, they pushed me out in the waiting area and told me to figure it out when I later found out they're briefed on our Mission Act. DO NOT GO THERE AND REPORT THEM TO THE VA OR TRIWEST ASAP if you're referral is to them!
Dr.jenny and receptions miss Donna are amazing and wonderful people..i love them.
