Absolutely loved Shift Studio! What a beautiful and intentional space! Had a terrific 40:20 class that was perfect for a Monday evening. The owner/ instructor was kind and thoughtful - she was terrific. Check this studio out!

Great experience at Shift Studio. The quality of the classes is really high and I felt great after class. The space is very beautiful, with a calming and grounding effect and is well located in the heart of the Santa Ynez valley. Highly recommened!
