Sherwood Urgent Care - Quitman

I didn’t have to wait long before I was seen,, but unfortunately, the doctor had said she was going to send in a prescription for antibiotics along with a couple of other prescriptions, but when I got to CORNERSTONE pharmacy to pick up my prescriptions, there wasn’t a prescription sent for the antibiotic . When I called the clinic to get them to please send the prescription for the antibiotics, I was told I could not get it, because the doctor had left for the day and nobody could see anything in the chart where she had written it down. As bad as I needed the antibiotics, I was unable to get them. Someone failed to put it in my chart. This was a huge disappointment because I am scheduled to have total knee replacement surgery on Monday and needed those Antibiotics to help clear me up. I am doing the best I can with the meds that I have here at the house, with hopes that I will be well enough by Monday to have this much needed surgery.

The provider got me in quickly and referred me to an ultrasound that day. She sent records to my PCP without my asking her too and checked in to see if I needed anything else. Very nice employees and provider explained issues to me in a way I could understand. Would definitely return if needed. I am very pleased with the service I received.

Employees were very Professional and took very good care of me. I only wish I would have had the leg xrayed. Something about they didn,'t know if their board was working.

They are always smiling . Very sweet and helpful staff. This is my most favorite walk in clinic. Great place to go and get take. Care of .

Experience was awesome!!! Loved to HEBER Springs from Houston and I needed to see a doctor for a head and chest cold that was quickly turning into Bronchitis. I called for appointments and couldn't get in anywhere. Found this urgent care and I was delighted on how easy and quickly I got to see the medical specialist. Very professional and she treated me quickly and thoroughly. Would recommend to anyone!! Thank you Doc Chelsea and Whitley who checked me in with my insurance etc.

Good clinic. Receptionist was quick with checking me in. Nurse and Dr were great.

As always they come through when I need something but not necessarily an ER visit. The staff are amazing and Chelsea is an angel!
