I have been a patient of Dr. Sherman's for 2.5 years. I came into his office with major back issues and a lot of pain. I had consulted with doctors who said I would need surgery. However, with Dr. Sherman's treatment and health plans, my pain has subsided and my issues have improved enough that I am no longer considering surgery. He always addresses my issues with compassion and shows that he truly cares about my health by holding me accountable. After following his meal plan and workouts, I not only lost weight but was taught exercises to strengthen my back and core to avoid recurring pain. I am now pain free and stronger than before, all while avoiding surgery. Dr. Sherman and his staff have been extremely knowledgeable and helpful during my physical therapy for my bulging discs in my lower back. The facility is nice and always has calm music playing making it easy to relax during my sessions. When I came to Dr. Sherman 5 years ago I was in horrendous pain. Using his pain scale of 0-10 I always said 14. My options were spinal disck surgery or following Dr. Sherman's guidelines. Fortunately I chose the latter. I'll never be cured but with my program, I can live with it, and without pain.
