Both Tracy and Katie are the sweetest and most professional PFT I’ve ever met!! I have been going for over a year now and they have helped me tremendously in my healing journey. They are so knowledgeable and made me feel so seen after seeing so many gynecologists who didn’t know what was wrong with me, it was refreshing to know I’m not alone and that I’m in good hands. Im feeling so much better now and I can’t thank them both enough for providing me with the upmost care. Best PFTs in Orlando and probably Florida as well in my opinion :)

Katie was referred to me by a friend, who has years of experience in the PT field. When I had my pelvic intake appointment, Katie was more thorough, in-depth and hands on of any doctor I have ever been to. She was engaged, respectful and in the end, did not “ try” to fix my issue, because she felt something else was wrong, and did refer me to another specialist. Her initial diagnosis ended up being spot on! I have already referred Katie, and will continue to refer people to the importance of Pelvic care. She is simply amazing all around.

I am so thankful that I was referred to Sher Pelvic Health and Healing and Dr. Katie Coleman. At my first visit, Dr. Coleman’s kind nature immediately put my mind at ease and minimized any anxiety I had. Dr. Coleman was extremely professional and explained every procedure and exercise. She explained how interrelated the pelvic floor muscles were to my symptoms and always made things easy to understand. Dr. Coleman gave me a home program to do in between sessions. The combination of her experience, knowledge, integrity and pure kindness make each visit well worthwhile. I would highly recommend Dr. Coleman and Sher Pelvic Health and Healing. NOTE: When I came out of my first session, my husband said, “I was glowing”. He knew I had made the right decision.

When glute pain from a pickleball injury didn't go away after a few months of rest, I was referred to this clinic. Katie was amazing and did a thorough exam diagnosed the true problem. She is board certified, extremely knowledgeable and has years of experience. As a fellow physical therapist, I definitely recommend this clinic and their services!

For those that are suffering with pain during intercourse, I want you to know that you are not alone. There is help out there. I have begun my season of healing/help. Thank God for Tracy Sher in the Orlando (Maitland) Fl area. She is a Physical Therapist that specializes in Pelvic Floor Therapy. What I like about her is that she meets you where you are, & works with you. She tells you everything that she is doing, during the process. Thanks to her I have hope & am optimistic about the future. Folks usually consider it taboo to talk about that area down there even when something is wrong. You can't get well/heal if your not transparent or willing to stripe yourself of shame. Good thing for me I am ready now & open for coaching/help. If, you are curious check her out. This practice has changed my life! When I met Allie over a year ago I felt seen, heard and understood for for the first time in 5 years. I went from being miserable in pain everyday to living my life again. My only regret is that I did not discover pelvic floor PT sooner. The only hard part about PT is putting the work in, every day but for me is a small price to pay for my livelihood and my health is so important. Don’t hesitate to call/book/get a referral if you’re suffering. You won’t regret it either!

Tracy Sher is a great and caring health provider. A very detailed initial exam following and hour long pre exam by phone. Excellent communication. Thinks through and evaluated each and every step.
