Shelby has changed my life. My body doesn’t hurt as much I can move so much better. I had no idea the restrictions from my pelvis could create restrictions in the whole body. This is the most thorough physical therapy I’ve ever had and it’s amazing. I have no human words to express it. Shelby is thorough and is more knowledgeable than an average pelvic floor therapist. 🙏🙏🙏
